Can't open app. Crashed every time on a XiaoMi Black Shark 2 Pro!

Can't even tap get started, app throw me out and I can't login!

They does have real pple running business . The service started ok . But it not getting transparent in their service . Costly Basic membership is over 1000. difficult to get real match but it not exactly their fault for limited candidates. It started the old app have few functions .but beware when updating And slowly u being downgrade in even more basics msg service. That when need to pay many extra when should be included in the first place since it should be proper match making .

Very disappointed with the bad follow up. High membership fees. Empty promises. Limited matches. Can't be bothered to inform when membership was expiring. Then after expired kept asking u to come down and claim that they had found good matches for u. Felt that its a waste of time and money to renew the membership.

After the update, this app become even more useless, I can't even talk to the matchmaker or the anyone, this is so ridiculously

I received the call from lovestruck today about the migration of the app, they should have informed me earlier they are in process of migration last month, now verification code sent to mobile phone is slow, if they are moving to app, there should be broadcast before September, slow response, message to consultant and no reply, but good thing they informed me of the extension to the subscription package.

Becareful when signing up - know what you are getting yourself into: (1) Unprofessional customer service - no replies to your enquiry even after few DAYS when they say will reply within 24 hours. (2) They take your money and won't refund even if they can't meet their end of their bargain. (3) You are overpaying for same services you can get much cheaper with apps such as Tinder or Coffee Meets Bagel. - Bots still pick matches for you, Lovestruck do not screen through all the profiles.

Account couldn't get set up. Paid for membership and still no reply to my issue. My data kept being erased. Still waiting for support to answer about refund. Was never able to access profiles. Avoid avoid avoid

They will keeping pestering you every 2-3 days to buy their "package" or to "sign up for some paid service". They don't take no for an answer. I would suggest that you not get that app unless you wish to be bothered by them every 2-3 days asking the same questions.

Great app to use with helpful matchmakers that will answer your questions and arrange dates for you

I use this application. A good service given by all customer advisors and from CEO as well. They always Remind me the date for meeting, , take feedback, and do follow up. I suggest for this application.

Very poor service. The agency don't do the work till you call and pester. Not worth subscribing...

Their priority is money, not finding u a partner. And DO NOT use credit card to pay for their services, they will charge your card without your consent for new date package when your current package ends. They do this without informing you....

The app Not good slow response. I only can give one star. Still got space to improve.

Awful! Wasted 3K. Started out with poor customer service. Left with an empty wallet and a headache.

Dun trust this app poor customer service and quality only respond your question after 2 or 3 days no initiative. The contract never state need to pay 15 bucks for meetup. Being a customer I feel cheated by them and have reported this issue to CASE.

I hate this app and I don't like this app is more expensive this app so please don't install and account deletion has no option

Is a scam company . Don't join and give any bank detail. They won't provide any service to you and will charge any amount without notify u .

Signed their match making package but truly dissapointed and what they promised, never fulfill. No response and empty promise. this what I experienced....

its not giving me what i want.its saying upgrade to vip gold but nothing is working
