The app just won't work! I've been using it to check and book tickets, however lately it won't even start. I've re-installed it multiple times and still got nothing :(((
This app doesn't work!!!!!!!!! I managed to install it but when you try to register and press "Create Account" (I tried to do this several times) nothing happens!!!!!!!!!! Exceedingly disappointing!!!!!!!!!!!
Used this app constantly pre covid and it was absolutely great! Its now not working! PLEASE FIX IT

App stalls and freezes on the landing page when I tap on a push notification. The app freezes and won't restart for ages after that.
Loved it, but just cant get it to work. Keeps hanging and freezing when opening app.
Love the deals and used to love using this app, but have to clear all data and resign in to use the app each time now, get a notification and it just opens the main startup screen and freezes, so only 3 stars at the moment

The functionality of this app is completely flawed. It freezes way too often, doesn't let you pull up your past bookings without crashing, crashes when you try to checkout and the seating plans included are pointless as not split into rows and seat numbers. Please make this app as good as the main website and mobile site. Until then, use the site and avoid the app.
In principal it's fantastic but it freezes or won't accept payment so often it kind of makes it redundant. Also, the notifications of special offers are good idea BUT you can't read what the show is on the notification and when you click it then it doesn't take you to it in the app, it takes you to the home page
Nice app, well designed. but every time I try to pay it tells me "oops approval".

Select show, then date and time and then......nothing happens!

Installed and uninstalled a number of times and each time, I get the start up screen, 'continue as guest' and then absolutely nothing. Either doesn't load at all or just keeps trying to load. Useless. A shame as I was looking to book a bunch of shows.
