LoveWorld Children's Ministry App

I downloaded the app but have been unable to sign up. When i click sign up it will bring a page that says supply the following details to register but the field containing the details to fill never shows. I feel very disappointed as i was really looking forward to using the app

I downloaded the app but still find it hard to log in or even to sign up. The worst is at the sign up part , it will just show register but there's no option bar or filling bar for anyone to put his/her information. Pls fix asap thanks.

The app is not responding. After filling in my login information, and click login its doesnt respond.
