Check carefully. One of the desserts listed calls for a cup of candy corn and 3/4 cup of sugar. I don't know on what planet that would be considered low carb. But good lunch ideas.

Love the different ideas but find some of the recipes with more fat and carbs then I prefer. I tweak the recipes a bit to make them more to my liking so I can stay within my calorie intake for the day. It's overall a great app.
