Low cost international calls

This was a fantastic app, that I had been using for years, but with the latest updates (16.4.1, 16.4.2) it has become unusable, 16.3.3 was the last known good for me. If I uninstall it and reinstall, the same problem, if I go back to 16.3.3, I lose my credits, so 2 stars for now.

Terrible experience: when you call countries like US, the dial numbers just won't work in-call and you cannot even call many other countries. When I asked for refund to my bank account, they just refund to Telz profile.

Just downloaded it, I'm going to end up buying a calling card because this app doesn't work sadly... Also a weird thing is that you have to allow the app to record calls in order to use it

I've tried to contact to support for fixe the issue but you guys don't care , if they charge you done they don't care to fixe the app issue

I just downloaded the app every is okay, but I wanted to add credit card but the up is require cvv which I don't know what it means...

Incredible app, incredible rates for most countries in Europe. Easy to use for what you need. Not cluttered with unnecessary features no one needs. Able to record conversation if needed. No connection fee and the quality of sound overexceeded my expectations. Really I can't think of anything negative about this app. Oh actually one thing. No dark theme 😣. Hopefully this would be fixed with an update. And really I am not a person who writes reviews. But in case I somehow felt obliged to do so.

This app is the cheapest and the most efficient app I have used for international calls recently. I just hope the standard is maintained.

Useful app. I use it often and I like it. Sometimes if a signal problem comes they resolve it quickly.

Best and cheapest international caller app. I always tell my bank to process my ATM card on visa instead of verve because of the usefulness in this app. I've been enjoying Telz since 2019

Cheapest rate to every country irrespective of continent

something I don't understand and may be you guys can shed some light. Less than one minute into the call and the conversation reatart from the begining. You think you are still in a conversation but in reality you are hearing the same words again and again and you get charged. This is either a bug or a vicious way to overcharge your clients. I had to make call 3-4 times to finish a conversation. Too bad this was a good app in the begining.

Becarfull it's Scam My first purchase was great but on my second purchase of €5 it's all gone, I didn't even use a penny of it, the worst thing though when you contact the customer service this is what exactly they said [ We can see that you have long and successful calls. You can check your spent money in Menu-More-Call details and Menu-More-Payment history. Thank you. ] Very ridiculous 23 minutes of only ringing was turned to be as successful calls! Don't bother and Uninstall it.

I'm impressed, so far. I have tried a lot of these phone apps, but this is by far the cheapest. Maybe it depends to which country you call, but what I use it for, it is very cheap. The only thing cheaper is a Cici calling card (C$0.01/min), whereas Telz charges C$0.012/min. That's 1/5 of a cent more. I can live with that, because it means I can call directly, instead of calling a different number first, then a 16 digit pin number, and then the number I want to call. And the quality is excellent.

I was very happy and pleased by using telz for international calls... But recently I noticed when asking for a call back ... I receive the call then it connects me to the number i wished to dial BUT the call disconnects suddenly after exactly 15 seconds! This is really strange cause I have tried it several times. Before the app and service was working perfectly!? Kindly fix it.

Was looking for an App to make one free international call. I tried some others that annoyed me with ads and unnecessary permissions. This one was legit, only asked to use the microphone and gave a small amount of free credits enough to do what I needed. Now I will use it in the future even if I have to purchase credits since it has affordable prices and impressed me this time. It just works and is not a scam like most others. Irritating when it can't work out that the phone is connected to the Internet and it keeps telling me that it isn't. Also, quality is calls is not always good, but the most annoying thing is the time delay which sometimes, makes a conversation frustrating, if not impossible.

A horrible app for international callings. I attempted 4 different calls to reach out my bank company in my home country, but every single call couldn't even last 5 minutes. I contacted the service center to ask for the refund of the rest of the credit I had, but they were persistent not to issue me the refund. I am deleting this app.

I had no issues at first and actually made it my main calling app. Then i decided to delete app to download it again as i was having issues and wanted to refresh. I lost everything including all my credit, call history, payments history, i was basically a new customer. There is also no in-app help or assistance as i wanted to go through this route before posting. So if this improvements are made it will definitely be my favourite calling app again but for now it just not good enough.

Very bad quality call. It's like the call is in extra slow motion. I paid and purchased credit for this lousy service. The call quality is so bad that I could not make the phone conversation after trying several times. Edit: I purchased Skype credits and made the call without any problems.

First of all the mentioned rates are not correct as the app makes you pay 19% extra when charging your account which is not okay according to European law! Second, the app keeps charging you even when ringing! Third, almost half the time it keeps ringing (and charges money) when infact is is NOT ringing for the other person

They charged you, even you are not yet connected with the other side. Once you press call button, they start charging you. Voice quality is bad most of the time. I will quite using it, when my current credit is all used.
