I love this app. I use it everyday. As someone with IBS, it has made searching for foods quick and simple. It's also the most accurate app I have used for FODMAPS. I only wish it split oligos into fructans and GOS categories.
Very helpful. Already feeling so much better with the help of this app. Just wish it listed more things and types of dishes. App is incredibly simple and easy to use.

Of all the FODMAP apps this is the best. Easy to search and apply filters, easy to report and request.
Really helpful way to check on trigger foods, especially when I'm out food shopping or at a restaurant.
Easy way to look up food. Just looked up sweet potato. It has an orange value. That explains why get gas right after eating it.
Wanted a simple database, and that's what this is. A-Z list of foods, and fairly comprehensive. Green, yellow, and red indicating low, medium, and high FODMAP content, including serving sizes. Able to filter selections to make finding what you're looking for an easier task. Great for looking something up real quick in the store without having to search Google posts. Ads present but not intrusive to app usage.
A wonderful tool, but not without troubles. The color coding is a quick guide, but doesnt always correlate well with safe amounts. FODMAP is tricky because the amount of a thing matters quite a lot. I've sometimes run into "green" labeled foods that are only safe in miniscule amounts, while a "red" item is still safe in double or triple the amount. Still, the app provides a ton of information quickly, and that's a massive help.
This app is amazing! And doesn't have weird contracts about collecting all your personal data when you launch it. Does exactly what it says on the tin and to an incredible level of detail. I'm new to the realisation that I have been reacting to high FODMAP foods for years, and this app is an absolute gem and powerful tool to help me navigate my way to low fodmap eating. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
This is a great app, really useful for what ingredients you can and can't eat or how much you can get away with on a FODMAP diet. Only thing is branded food and ready made things like cakes etc aren't on there so it can be a bit of guess work sometimes. Also everything is measured in cups?? It's a good little app though very simple and clear to use :)

This app is so useful, when my doctor suggested i go on a low fodmap diet i was horrified at how little i could eat and this app has made it a lot easier for me to figure out what i can and cant eat during the elimination phase of this diet. A barcode scan option would be useful, but is by no means necessary, unless everything you eat is from a packet (which if youre on low FODMAP) is unlikely.
I'm new on the Fodmap diet, I also can not have dairy. It's very nice having this app to follow especially when shopping. I'm having a lot of difficulty getting adjusted, there are so many foods I can't seem to handle its quite frustrating. But hoping the Fodmap will help me successfully get everything under control.

Fast handy way to check food before you eat the wrong thing!
Easy to use and pretty comprehensive.
This is good for a very simple app, but it doesn't include any combined foods or commercially prepared foods, like Cheerios or anything like that. I found that if I was out shopping, I had to look ingredient by ingredient, and some ingredients like molasses aren't in the app. So I had to use Google anyway. Also there are ads at the bottom of the screen and they actually cover up the bottom parts of the app so you can't read them.
Great but could expand the food selection options and possibly include seasonings

Pro: Excellent listing of common foods by fodmap levels. Tells you which of the fodmaps make the food a trigger. Best free fodmap app that doesn't leave you feel like you have to live on water and sunshine. Con: Doesn't seen to understand that some foods are made of other foods. Examples, whipped cream is green, but heavy whip (which makes whipped cream) is red. Chai tea is red, but cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves, which are the spices that make chai, are green. Great app, use it a lot.
This app has changed my life. I used to be able to eat everything and anything but I have to follow a lowfodmap gf and lactose free diet now. It seemed very daunting to begin with as there are so many high fodmap foods. This app, combined with my own research has helped me to limit my symptoms this past 6 months to an absolute minimum. Three are a few things in the orange bracket I can tolerate and a few in green I can't. Everyone's body is different it's trial and error but this app helps
Find it helpful, but still have to Google products not on the list.
It's easy to look foods up, especially at the store or a restaurant! I still use the internet as a fallback,because the app doesn't have all foods. The color coding and information on serving size restrictions are very helpful. I recommend giving it a go.

very useful app with detailed information about the amounts too! there are a few parts though when it's not clear: for example if rice and millet portions are meant raw or cooked, same problem with all types of meat. can you update those please? I would recommend the app otherwise it is certainly very helpful!
Quick and easy reference. Not 100% comprehensive, but nothing out there really is. I like it because it cam be a quick resource. I would recommend it for that purpose. For those just starting to explore FODMAP, it is an excellent, uncomplicated resource in an area that is overwhelming on a good day. Be well!
