Low-GWP tool (Unreleased)

The low-GWP tool helps you identify possible increases of energy efficiency in your refrigeration system by replacing the refrigerant with a lower GWP alternative. With this tool in hand you will be able to see the indicative capacity difference for a given retrofit refrigerant based on a simple calculation where you in a few steps specify valve type, current refrigerant, operating range, and retrofit refrigerant. A few simple steps making your refrigerant choice easier when you wish to replace old refrigerants.
How to useThe calculations performed by the low-GWP tool should be regarded only as estimations of the altered performance of the refrigeration system. It is generally not recommended to use drop-in or retrofit refrigerants in systems with variable evaporating temperatures. When using drop-in or retrofit refrigerants you must always check and in most cases readjust your superheat settings.
