Lowcars - Best Self Drive Car Rental Service

Same experience as almost all who rent it. I returned the car and they took it for a round to check it and brought it back and immediately showed me a scratch. I am pretty sure it wasn't there when I brought it. Charged me a bomb for a minute scratch which I didn't do. Please be careful. Ask them to check the car before they take it for testing it when you return. Good/descent cars. But just not happy with the service.

The experience was very awesome. Condition of the car was very nice. Booking way of lowcars is very easy and staff was very nice.

- Experience is expensive / unnecessary hassle - Not user friendly as no doorstep delivery, so it will add in your run. - Extra kilometers driven will do a hole in your pocket. - will book rather (cab with fuel + driver) in same budget instead a rented self driven car, without liabilities in head.

Do not make the mistake of renting from here. Had a very bad experience with lowcars. I rented a car from them from 26th to 31st December all was in order but they did not refund the deposit of INR 2,000. It's been 16th Jan and I have not received refund till date. The person who I was talking to Jitendra has stopped picking up my calls. He had received my number based on my inquiry to headoffice. Even headoffice is now not responding. There is no resolution at all to my calls.
