Cannot log into the Credit Card Services section of the app. Always get "invalid username or password". I am entering the correct info. If I was to buy something in the app, I would have to manually enter all of my credit card info every time. Won't be doing that. This function worked before; a recent update must have broken it.
Sometimes slow to provide search results. Ordering online for delivery -- not shipment to home -- has a steep learning curve. Thank goodness for real people in customer service that are willing to help! The app could be so much better if it were faster and didn't have to interact with what I suspect is an antiquated inventory system operating in the background.
Now I can't look at anything that is a Best Seller or Trending Now. It goes right to a blank screen with it saying "Oops! Something went wrong". But all the other products, I can view their description pricing and if I want to buy it now. Very frustrating and inconvenient that I can't see the price of the different lengths of a 4x4 pressure treated lumber. Would like to know before I go to the store and not waist a trip or gas!
Every single time I order on the app I get double charged. Once when I send in the order and then again once I pick up the order! What the heck?! I do get the money back eventually but a week later sometimes longer. I don't understand. Not everyone is going to be able to afford getting double charged even if it's temporary.
Worked perfectly until last update, like others have previously posted. Now I am stuck on the Lowe's blue screen and nothing else. I can't even get to a home store page anymore. I'm on android and have noticed a lot of major functionality issues as of lately. I tried a reinstall of the application and it is doing the same thing. Uninstalling permanently until reviews state otherwise.
I used to love this app before the recent update, specifically the quick list feature. Instead of making one-click to add an item to the quick app list, it's now three clicks! I'm really disappointed & hoping the quick list feature can be fixed. Most people just need a single list. Also the items I previously saved into the app quick list got deleted!
Why did yall break the app and not even attempt fixing it. Cant see my lowes card to get a discount, what happened to being able to scan your card as soon as you open the menu. Going to the options to something that doesn't even work is aggravating. It resulted with me now driving 30 minutes further to your competitor to buy items in their store. Hell, I can use their app to receive a discount through a working app that is able to load my account information properly.
App errors when trying to check order status. When I try to check from my phone browser to check, it automatically loads the app which, again, shows the same error. What's the point if I can't even check the status of an order? It's been like this for months now (may 2022 now) So frustrating having to call in every. Single. Time.
The only time I use this app is when I go to the store and need to find which aisle something is on. Almost every single time, the app refuses to let me use it until I update it. Of course there is hardly any connection while inside the store, making updating virtually impossible. You need to make the app usable even if we don't have the latest version. Until then, I can just use your orange competitor instead.
Everytime the app is updated the search returns less and less results. They have lost record of ALL of my in store purchases and my account continues to have issues with login. Have you ever heard of IF IT ISN'T BROKE DON'T FIX IT. I'm standing in front of product and entered the number and the app says it doesn't exist. Yet the shelf is full.
Not sure what has happened with lowes servers but in the last few days it says oops! Something went wrong with a blank page when you try to view an item or even a recent purchase. Before and after the update on the mobile app. Since it was before amd after the update suggest that it's a server error and not a coding error in the app.
The newest update ruined the app. I select Available in Store and then changed a filter to Exterior. Said over 2,000 possibilities. But then told me there was none. And it runs way slower than before, taking approximately 15 seconds before it loads the app to search. Now days you're better off looking in person because no one cares anymore about their jobs, that they never keep things up to date in almost any app.
When I check my purchase history, all my in-store purchases are missing. And with the new quick list, almost everything I'd added is gone. What used to be a decent app is essentially garbage. A virtual paperweight at this point.
Not sure what this app is doing, but I've had it downloaded on my phone for almost a year, and only just this week did my phone start slowing down. I look at my apps cache and it shows Lowes using 2gb of my 8gbs of ram. I personally don't shop at Lowes much, nor do I use the app much. Once I saw that this app was doing alot in the background, it was time for me to uninstall it.
Worthless. I travel. I need a store map. Not the "nearest" store. Update: you wasted my time telling me here are store maps in a new version. There is no map feature showing stores in ANY AREA OF THE UNITED STATES I zoom in or out of.
Not impressed. I get better results with a basic Google search. Can't find the products needed although they are in my local store. Filter doesn't work and I get random products that are far from related to what I'm looking for. Haven't had the app a week and had to do two updates already. Fortunately most of what I needed wasn't urgent so I just ordered it elsewhere to be shipped to me. Will be uninstalling. *Update. Drove nearly an hour pulled up the app and my list & cart is empty. Thanks!
Sometimes great, sometimes not. The last few times I've ordered online with app, my order didn't appear as a past order. Still not there... But did receive the order. Now today, my new order says can't be submitted but no explanation. When I clicked back to look at cart it says can't be submitted because an item is not in stock but doesn't say which one! Items says multiple available to pickup, ship to store or ship home. This is being shipped to home so no problem. But still nothing. 🤦
I've never had an app fail to work properly as often as this. It is constantly failing to find items they obviously have when searching, stating no filter options are available when they should, and getting errors or finding nothing when selecting standard product categories. I'm sure there are more issues I've had that I'm forgetting
App doesn't work. It tells you to enter your email & password. A message pops up & says oops, something went wrong. Please sign in. You can't order anything online because it doesn't work. I called the store & they said online ordering is working. It's not working at all. This app is worthless. People will shop elsewhere if online ordering doesn't work.
Frustrating. Issues are several: 1) App reports my store is closed when it is actually open. 2) After adding products to shopping cart, I cannot access the cart and hence cannot make a nearly $2,000 purchase. Lost sales are not healthy. 3) Sometimes simply trying to open the app is a failure. It tries to tell me I don't have an internet connection which is just a bogus error. The problem is the app, not my internet connection.
As long as you're not in a store or you don't have to check on an order this app is probably okay. Once you get in the store it constantly tells you you need to update however typically cell receptions terrible and you can't update which makes the app useless inside. Also, when you're checking orders on the app when you have Wi-Fi or good cell signal, all it does is error out when you click the order in your orders list. "Uh-oh something happened* is Truth, Lowes.
Really want this app to work right. It is so handy and I use it daily. And really like the pro MVP addition. Cons: At least twice a week I get an "internal service error" when trying to select departments usually at a time like now when I am putting together lists for jobs and can't use the app. It forces you to do an update very frequently, though never increases speed. Also a few updates so they removed the home screen widgets function for your saved lists.
