I completely love this app, it has been transformational for my small business and tiny team. The app still needs some tweaking and glitch fixes but I no longer have to deal with petty cash or add authorized users to a line of credit, wait for statements/receipts, etc. I can add and transfer money to team members so easily and not worry about being surprised by charges at the end of the month. I totally recommend it for businesses with maintenance teams and I look forward to the app updates.
I switched from a LAR account that I funded at the store before my purchases. I have used this app for over a year with occasional glitches but they have now updated it and it refuses to function at all. It is a piece of garbage. They told me to uninstall and reinstall but now it wont open at all. AWFUL!!!
Awesome concept...Horrible app. Always glitchy. Can't ever add another bank account so I don't even know why there's an option to. Took a month of back and forth with a customer service person before it even started to halfway work. Literally the only reason I buy my materials elsewhere now. Well...and the fact the new supplier has quicker delivery times helped too lol.
Worst ever! Wouldn't recognize my address to sign up. Tried linking my account, couldn't verify. Tried to load my "vault" 3 times with different cards, all failed. After trying to reach cust service (not in US) told they'd get back to me with an answer in 3-5 days after consulting with their "team"? Got email saying problem was fixed and they charged all 3 of my cards! Tried to get refund to those charges, told it would take 60 DAYS! If I had > 500 words I'd love to tell you the rest of this BS.
Business type fields will not populate to let you finish setup with checking account. You can add two debit cards for funding sources. App crashes when trying to remove one of those two to replace with a current card. A preload card that you can't fund is for the most part useless.
Account was suspended due to a security check from issuer. I called issuer and had block removed to use the funding card. Lowes preload suspended because I tried to fund it 4 times and unsuccessful. Got funding source fixed and I was on the phone with preload customer service for 1hr 20m with no success on unsuspending lowes preload. They couldn't transfer me to the back office that handles that. There wasnt anything that could be done immediately and I was in the store to make a purchase. FAILED customer service. Now I am waiting for an email so I can reply to it to get my account reactivated.
I give this app a 1 because no one should have to sign in to shop,it should be free when you go on it.All apps should be free to go on when your looking online without signing in.Signing in makes you feel like there are rules that you have to do to shop online. This is is the reason why I say why this should not be.
Installed the app thinking it would work for Canada. Found out that is for USA after providing my email and other personal info. States of US listed when asked about your address... App should state from the start that it is for USA. Wasted my time.
Other than the fact that it works absolutely nowhere since the update at the registers and before that you had the only call a manager to use the credit card that was available on your phone app
Standing in line at Lowe's and having your payment form declined and having them never see this app before is infuriating. The app should be mainstream and it should work. See Target's, for instance!
They have $5,000 monthly limit, which I have trying to get raised for nearly a month. The website has glitches. It took 2 weeks before my initial funds were available to use.
Can be confusing to use but worth it for the 10% you can save. On a major project the savings add up fast.
Great when it works. But if you try to update your expired debit card it crashes.
I have never received 5% back on any purchase. Does not take 5% off at the time of purchase or give you a statement credit. Total bait and switch.
it's a joke, this ap is garbage and a waste of time. Ive spent 3 weeks with tech support trying to get it to work they are lost
Fraud!!!!App does multiple withdraws from your bank at once and will wipe out your bank account. Customer service says they'll put the money back but can take 10 days and you have to send in a form because Lowes Card Services claims they don't know the information on the card(the card number). THIS IS A SCAM to make it hard to get your money back so they force you to spend more money at Lowes. FRAUD!!!!!
Horrible app. Does not connect. The wheel just spins round and round.
This app has definitely gone downhill... now it is completely ruined. My funding sources disappeared, so I went to add and it says I've reached my limit. So I guess zero is the limit?? Oh well, I guess I'll just use my Home depot app.
App is great, quick easy in and out. Build a good relationship with your suppliers and they will treat you right.
The card in the app will NEVER work. Employees have no clue how to use it. I am getting a return of the money I have in my account. The measly 5% back is not worth the hours spent

Ridiculously bad! The app doesn't allow you to upload funds on a phone.
Very useful. Especially if you do on line purchases.
after telling the app i was not a business i had to write not in business and it refused my phone number I gave up and uninstalled .
It won't let me login or show what is missing. It displays trying to login
I need this app for work, I downloaded it 3 weeks ago and I would love to give my feedback on it, but I still haven't even been able to use it because every time I go to open it, it automatically closes. I have sent multiple emails regarding this issue...uninstalled and reinstalled...tried to update it....i even talked to custom service at a local store...still nothing...very disappointed👎
