Three years ago, I asked if the balance after every transaction that was taken out could be brought back. It has not been, and the app is still severely lacking in features compared to using their web page, which I have no issues with. Please, this app feels dead in the water. I cannot check off each transaction or edit notes on them like I can on the web page. I cannot remember the last time this app was updated, nor will the page show.
Good app but notifications don't work. They haven't for the past 3 phones I've had
Just got a new Samsung S22 App will not launch. Google play states there is glitch in the app that needs to be resolved by developer. 3/11/22 still unable to use app.
This app never works. Never saves my finger print and always has issues.
It's an okay banking app I wish there were more features view things for instance pending incoming deposit you can't see those you have to log on to the website also you can't click on a transaction to find out more details I wish I could see my statement from the app and or have the option to screenshot thing I understand screenshots on allowed due to security reasons but there should be an option that we can accept just like using your fingerprints or alert. The app also freezes up sometimes
App just freezes when I open it. Not all the time but usually does it for hours at a time. Very frustrating. What's the point of having it if I have to log on in my browser anyway? Update January 2021: App is still just as buggy. Maybe hire a new developer?
The app is not working on an S22 Ultra. It will not launch. It works with previous phone, S21
Usually reliable. But been glitchy for a couple months now. Won't open. EVER.
The new fingerprint function is great
App freezes when it opens and doesn't allow me to view anything. I have uninstalled and reinstalled hoping that would fix the issue but it hasn't.
As of writing this, the latest update makes the app unusable. Security Policies and Auto Click Programs... which I definitely dont use/have. Was working fine before the last update. Galaxy S10.
You guys need to update to make this compatible with Android 12
This app is absolute garbage. At least twice a week it won't let me log in and I have to change my password. Always says can't validate my credentials. Awful app
Thought it was a glitch but it's been a couple weeks now that the app won't launch. I also can't uninstall it from my phone, it fails every time I try.
I had trouble signing in (my fault), called, got super friendly and efficient help. All sorted. I love the check deposit feature!
Have used this app without issue and then one day it just stopped working. Called bank for service but no one can seem to help me. Frustrated!!
Straightforward to use, simple fingerprint login and quick loading. No problems so far!
Only issue i have is cant understand the direct deposit. Takes like for ever
They are on top of things if anything is going on with your account that not right They notified you right away Staff is friendly they always willing to help.

Was a great app now every time I try to log on, I keep getting a "This app has stopped." Message.

i have to keep force stopping it...uninstall and install again. when it works, its awesome.
It's all right, but sometimes it freezes for a second when selecting an account.

Suggestion for app not opening: My husband and I had problems with this app not opening for the longest time. I then figured out that if you have a blue light filtering app running that draws over other screens it will not open. If the app isn't opening try turning off the blue light filter if you are using one.
