LOWER - Very Low Resolution Camera

It's a false advertising issue. The makers claim that it films at very low resolutions like 360p, 240p and 144p. It does not. It uses the cameras conventional higher resolutions, and then compresses them down - taking like a HUGE amount of time as it does so. I am not buying the lies. It's just a video file compression program. I want a refund. "OPEN CAMERA" can do the low resolution videos by filiming in the low resolution - by selecting the video camera, for the camera (side) that you want to use, then go into settings, video resolution etc.. and pick what you want and it will film in that LOW resolution, which can be uploaded straight away, with a small file size.

It works as what it was advertised but it's full with ads for a camera app and you have to pay to get some features which is confusing because the whole point of this app is to take low quality pictures

this is a great little ap!! if you want to film vid or photograph at low res for fun or experimental or retro effect or just to save memory this little program does the trick well tested this with resolutions down to 24 x 24 even!! I love this little program!! I just wish it could record sound as well as video...also adding some new features controls etc might be nice too like exposure / brightness varius filters etc such as sepia b&w and varius other color spaces...like 24 15 or 16 or 8 bit.

This app claims to lower the resolution of videos and photos and it's able to do that, but the paid features are just broken as heck. I paid to unlock everything and I feel like I got scammed. Please fix this! I want to use the features I paid $4 on!

I've done payment twice for this app for all features. After uninstalling and reinstalling, the features have been removed and the video duration is back to 5 minutes Also there's no way to contact the app developers. Kindly refund my money back or please provide the features

Once you remove the ads and unlock all the features, this app is not too bad. I recommend not paying though, using lucky patcher would be a better idea.

It works great to reduce video quality but it doesnt record audio at all,even with the mute button on or off. Other than that it was okay

No sound at all. Tried switching the option for it and nothing changes. I do not reccomend LOWER. 👎

Not a good app.. It takes very long time to make progress in.. So that one can't make film of the another video in a short time... He will have to wait till the last film get prosesd

Get Open Camera from the Play store. 100% free. It's got every bell and whistle. You can choose frame rates 1080p 480p whatever you want It's got it and it does burst mode so you can take 80 photographs of yourself. You'll never need another camera app. Then you use youcut or inshot to edit your videos, have fun.

Below 360p resolutions are not working, and i already paid for custom size, i will give more review if tou already fix it.. i wish to get my money back, so i can get full feature (dont have to pay double)

You cant record more than 5 minut video. You have to pay 160₹ . And UI is bad. Auto brighness is bad. The whole app is bad.

Bad conversion. I use 480 * 640 resolution but it uses 1920 * 1080 compressed into a stretched out version.

The quality os not even bad! Not even the LOWEST ONE! Not blurry! The quality is good but in a bad way! I accually expected this camera to be pixel blurry, please update that and I will rate you five stars

Basically, I can make funny videos with a lower quality camera and make it like from ArabFunny or WorldFunnies. Another thing to quote is that it can look like 2006 up in here... God, I miss Windows XP.
