This is not the Lowe's app for shopping. Reading reviews and the description, it seems to be working correctly. The Lowe's app we used to use, in my case anyway, is now incompatible with my device. Hence not showing up in the Play Store. If you have access to a PC, go to the Play Store on that and look for the app there, the one made by Lowes's Companies, Inc. The review is a fair 3 stars since I've not dl'd it cause I have no use for it. Hopefully the official Lowes app gets sorted for us.
Totally useless for me. The old app would let me search for an item and it told me aisle amd bin location. This app actually makes the people working at Lowe's more helpful in comparison. Zero stars should be an option. Fail.
What is wrong with this app? There is only a 360° tour of Lowe's. Unable to search or shop for anything. Impossible to exit out of the app as well. There obviously must be a major glitch here. Get rid of the 360° tour thing too!!
This is not the Lowe's app for anything useful. It looks just like the regular Lowe's app until you open it and realize it's just a waste of time stimulated tour of the Lowe's fulfillment center. They should have something more obvious to differentiate this app from the useful app.
Waste of time, just wanted a price check and have to go through a whole walk through the store, if I wanted to walk through the I would have left my job site and drove all the way to the store. Back to home depot app.
horrible, get rid of it! so unnecessary.! when happen to the actual app. I use it religiously. today I open it up and it said it no longer works with my 1yr old phone! seriously!!!
It's awful instead of talking about this facility go back to basics and actually talk to your customers instead of class rooms actually get off your but and see what's going on and see why people like your stores or why they don't I personally like when I asked a question a person has real knowledge of what there selling instead of blowing smoke up my tail pipe with some fake answer and bring back your old app I could look stuff up and go pick it up it's 45 minute drive to the closes one for me

Looks like I need to cancel my Lowes card and start shopping at Home Depot again. I used the old app all the time to find products in the store. Unless they fix this app all my shopping is going to Home Depot.
I downloaded the app because I was in the store and wanted to find something. Upon downloading, I was forced to take a tour of a fulfillment center. I didnt have that kind of time, so I just uninstalled the app and went to the website.
It doesn't help you price or shop anything. It gives a tour for a store nowhere near me. Useless app! I'd give a negative rating if possible.
THIS IS NOT A LOWE'S APP FOR SHOPPING...this appears to be some kind of training aid for new employees but it never allows you to shop online. Developers need to update the title and descriptions.
What application is this? Expected being able to search and find. And also being able to purchase just like othe store apps. Who wants to watch what you do at the storage place. Come to common sense Lowes. Wasted my 10 minutes.
VR is cool but the website crashes so I was prompted to download app. But the app doesn't allow you to shop. What a joke.
App doesn't appear to be available for use on the Google Pixel 3, not a super uncommon Android phone.
It's literally only a VR app where you can "walk" around their store. 100% pointless, if you don't understand or believe me then download it. Terrible
This app sucks I want to be able to view what the store near me sells and it takes me to something else!! I hope something changes cause I will not even shop the store again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I couldn't rate less than one. Absolute trash. Put the old app back. Heading to Home Depot's app. If it works, I am gone.
F*ING STUPID! I want to shop the product offerings at Lowe's not get a virtual tour of their corporate office/distribution center...what is this supposed to achieve for the consumer other than frustrating them and making them chose another home improvement retailer. I know Lowe's has fallen on some hard times but honestly kill this app before it ends up killing your margins any further by reassuring customers that Lowe's is completely out of the game!

Some update downloaded itself and I could nit access the app. I had to uninstall it and download a new app. Please avoid!

This IS NOT the Lowe's app this is a VR tour of some new shipping facility in Nashville. I want the store app and there doesn't seem to be one....I'm more than angry about this!!!

Not the real Lowe's app. Do not download. Download the one from Lowe's Companies LLC. This only provides tour and no way to exit app. I had to turn off my phone to exit app.
What the flying #$@& is this?! Who ever got the okay to do this and not update the other app needs to be fired. Definitely gonna lose customers from not having a shopping app. This is meant for Lowe's, not the app developers.

Wow, what happened to this app? I uninstalled for space reasons and just reinstalled. It is now completely impossible to shop for anything. All i see is a virtual tour of a Lowes facility nowhere near me. It seems impossible to exit the tour without closing the app.
