I have been locked out of my account nearly every time I have to change my password. It had me thinking it was me forgetting it but I actually write it down and type it in... this is the only app I have this issue with.
Terrible app. Changing password every month is a hassle. Locks out and won't accept new password. System is down a lot. Terrible!!
The app is easy to use however I shouldn't have to login with security questions every time I open it gets very old and oftentimes I can't access it at all
The app only works every now and then, not helpful at all, end up having to call to get information. Makes having the app pointless!
I am tired of it having me reset my password and then I get locked out of my account. I can never check the balance it is down all the time. Something has to be done.
Lowland has always been the best place for banking to us. Good poeple and good service.

1. Login then set your password.... Set up online banking cannot login on any device, thank God I waited to transfer my direct deposit, its such a mess.
App is slow AF doesn't save information

I dislike the fact that it forces you to change your password every 90 days or so. I understand it's a safety feature but I would rather have the option!.
It will only load my stuff every now and then alot of the time it tells me an unexpected error has happened. Please fix !!!!!!!!!!!!!
Every time you have to update your password, the mobile app just locks you out. The easiest way for me to fix it every time is to uninstall the app, and then reinstall it. It's a major inconvenience. Definitely the worst banking app I've ever had to use.
