This app use to work great and I loved it. However out of nowhere it stopped working. Now this app will not fully load. When opened there is nothing but a white screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but the same thing keeps happening. I did not have C-Maps installed when this issue started happening. However, I did install C-Maps afterwards so that way I had some access to maps.
This app works about as good as my lowrance hook 7 fish finder that ended up thrown overboard. Used to be pretty good, but now it just freezes up and takes forever to load anything. Just canceled my subscription and subscribed to navionics
Great app. The more I use it and figure it out the better it gets. My only complaint would be, I wish they would give us all the waypoint icons that are on my units. I have a waypoint management system that I use were a icon means a certain thing, and I know it's that by just seeing the icon. But I love the app. Small things that make it better every update.
Same as comment below, use to work fine now when opening app it just shows white screen, I do not have the c-map app or have never had it so this is not the problem, I have also deleted and tried installing back still same thing.
Garbage. Won't run on Google Pixel phones. Tried on a Pixel 6, 5 and a 2. Apparently I don't get to update my new $2000 finder. My first Lowrance. Humminbird always works......
Was an alright app but now it just gives me a white screen. I would like to use this more but it is glitchy. Works sometimes but not all the time.
I have downloaded the app- entered my email address - it then tells me it matches a legacy account so I enter my password and then it goes into a loop forever and I can't login!!!!! This is on a brand new S22???
You can't even put in coordinates without app changing them. Put in 30° 03.052' N 85° 56.234' W and it changes it to 30° 03.052' N 85° 59.26' W or some other number that you NEVER TYPED IN! Update to Navico. Yep on DDM, but still changes coordinates on its on. Emailed y'all NO response over a week, I got pics since you can't seem to understand this! Still changes 85.56.234 to 86.59.24!!!!!!!!!!!
First time recreational boater and I must say with this app and my Hook 2 5X / splitshot transducer I'm learning to navigate the Great Lakes. Thanks for a good starter fish finder & sonar as well a app. I will subscribe for the full version.
cannot get the app to register either one of my elite 9 ti2 tried to contact for help through the app and that did not work either
Had great difficulty activating the 'mirroring' function on my Android phone. The app worked for a while, but refused to start just before the fishing trip when I was about to plan my route. Restarting the phone didn't help. The app version is current. Not good enough for a MARINE NAVIGATION app!!!! I don't know how good or bad the other brands are, but I definitely don't recommend Lowrance
App doesn't work. Cannot even log in with my Lowrance account which works fine on the website.
Samsung note 10+ will not load up anymore.
Great maps. Fantastic for my needs.
Doesn't work on Chromebook. On phone it takes a minute to connect to Carbon units, only to disconnect 5 seconds later.

I have trial subscription until 11.june.2021. I want to get the actual subscription, but the one thing that I want to have, doesnt work - offline maps. I get a message: “The selected area is too far outside your offline subscription. Pan and/or zoom to refine your area. " Doesn't matter how much I pan or zoom, cant get the maps for offline use. I live in Estonia, so I need all Estonian waters, at least. And the" help and feedback" function within the app doesn't work. Doesnt send messages out...
Have an Elete fs9 and this just adds to the equipment in a great way.
Updated my devices and there is now a register tile in the menu. Every time I try to sign in to register, I get an authentication error, invalid ID token
My app stop working and it not loading anymore
This is such a great app I use it from r fishing and back up for pushing barges through out central Florida west coast. Thank You for this app.
Idk if the premium fixes the extremely slow load and the units of measure but there's no way I'll find out. Not going to pay for an app that can't even swap meters to feet and knots to mph when settings are adjusted. But the lakes that are actually mapped out are pretty accurate so there's that.
Long load times, and a tricky UI. After a week (I have subscribed) the app crashes immediately. Uninstalled and reinstalled and now the app will not login. Running on Samsung S20+ fully up to date. Also own a Lowrance Hook2 7xhdi. (Came with boat), which is fine but not to have charts in this day and age, disappointing.
Been waiting 6 months and several updates for this to work, still crashes every time I try to connect to my hook reveal. Maps will not load in stand alone mode, and it has the nerve to ask me to try the paid version? Wow... don't waste time on the download, and I have tried this on three different phones which is a pain because you have to "re-register" your hook reveal every time.
Why even have an app if everything you tap on it just takes you to a webpage? Nothing about this app feels smooth or intuitive. Very glitchy. For example, i try to click on a button that says "Taylor your chart" but it plots another way point underneath it, on whatever section of map that button happens to be over at the time. Not to mention, all I'm trying to do is register my friggn fishfinder! Feel like everything about this app is just geared towards getting you to buy another product.
