App won't connect to Facebook, just cycles over and over and over and doesn't connect and you have to shut the app down to get it to stop. Won't scan dockets. All in all it's a joke of an app, bring back the old fashioned loyalty card, at least that doesn't require ridiculous effort to acknowledge a simple purchase. This is far from easy or low maintenance.
App won't let me log on, the manager at the restaurant I am a regular at said they have had lots of issues with this app. I am pretty sure I had a coupon to use, but can't log in to access, spent over $100 at that restaurant the other day and couldn't claim my points
Facebook integration is broken - can't sign up via Facebook login and when you try to link your Facebook account to your account created with an email address, it goes into an infinite loop trying to link the accounts. Appears to only be one store in Minneapolis using the program (Cafe Donuts), so not very widely used. Also got a SQL error clicking on a news feed. Looks like it hasn't been updated since 2014?? Could be a really good app if they fixed all the bugs and more places supported it...
It doesn't work regularly and then I lose points if I can't get them scanned in on the same day.
Download this POS app. Corrupted my data forcing me to have to factory reset my phone. I have a Samsung note 3. Be warned.
Ok app bit honestly I dont want it on my phone. It makes me mad that my local restaurant forces me to have this app for their rewards program. Absolutely horrible idea. Space to is way to valuable on my phone.
Having issues pulling up app after using one of my free drinks, just spins in the loading page
A joke. Student union president used our money to purchase a number of scanners for this app and after less than a few months it's taken down.
The app seems to work, unfortunately the service is not good and is more trouble than it's worth.
Unable to scan for the past 3 weeks Im getting message that all the points are reedem or something wrong with app. Lost about 80 to 100 points
Multiple issues over the span of a year. Most of which consist of codes not scanning (10+ times). Now I got points and I can't redeem in the store. I click the item, it shows the green checkmark, but the redeem option is grayed out. I'm extremely unhappy with this.
Good app and even better customer service if there is a problem. I wish there were more merchants near me who utilized it
When you needed it does not work! Like no server access, so no point discount at the store! BAD service.
Seriously the worst app ever!I can't even login. Tells me I need to login with Facebook but doesn't give me the option to do so. Tried sending a message to an email address included in another comment response, and the address was returned as an invalid email address. Compete waste of time!
Only gives you 3 hours to post your receipt, obviously I have nothing else that is more important to do. Only let's you post one receipt per visit. So if I pay for my son's I don't get credit.
Doesn't identify anywhere that I have seen where there is posted a time limit to scan your receipt. Obviously I need to go to Starbuck's if I don't have my phone.

Couldn't upload my rewards the last week. Finally working now but I want my rewards from the past, any way to do that? Please respond. Thanks.
This app has been stuck for a week with a window that says "Loading"in the middle of the screen. So much for the free stuff I finally had enough points for!
After downloading the app it would not work! Constantly saying loading!
Why do you break out certain restaurants from this app? Why not make it all in one? I'm not downloading a separate app for every place I go. Also you should make sure the managers of the restaurants you represent know how to use your app (because they don't).
1. When it works it's ok, but it hasn't worked for at least a month because it won't log in. 2. Why the 3 hour requirement to submit codes, and only one code allowed per visit? Both of those aspects seem rather anti-social.

Same redundant message, it won't even let me sign up. "We've lost our connection. It's not us, it's you. Please try again in a minute.". Really? Blame me for YOUR app not working?? Yeah, great customer relations you got going there. 🙄
It's bad enough that I have to install an app to get rewards (why not just let me give my phone number?), but getting push notifications I couldn't turn off was the final straw. Not worth the $5 off a meal someday.
Won't even let me login with Facebook, just says that there's a problem because my email address is invalid! There's nothing wrong with my email address, it's this app that's invalid. Now we cannot get credit, or reward points, which must be scanned within 24 hours of purchase! WTF
