App is pants! "Check in" isn't as easy as clicking a button.You have to notify the staff and, in the days of table service, this means telling every single server that takes your order.Going through your full name, email, phone number so they can "find you on the system".Some of the time your points are applied, mainly they are not. It is exhausting and just not worth the effort. Further to the comment, you have to tell each server, each time, because they ask you to pay each round separately.
Problems collecting points from my account eventually resolved. Should be done automatically. Also, requesting help is mislabelled as "Send feedback" which is something different. It also differs from the advice I received on here where I was told to select "Leave feedback".
This app is horrible here it is three weeks later and it is still promoting the same item that is no lonher on sale! Only reason I gave it one star is so i could post the review otherwise it would have been 0 stars! In response to Loyalzoos response...I did report it to them and they said it is on your end. It is Boardwalk Elixir in Kemah Texas. It most likely is on their end since they can't seem to get their text messages sent out to their customers!
Doesn't work. Can't even get past register/log in. Seen a comment further down saying type full email rather than auto fill. Still doesn't work
Still not working and support unable resolve, used all my email accounts to login even ones I know I didn't use.. They all login(strangely) but none of them have my history even though I can see it on the shops account with my image. Not a good product.
Great app - not many places in Manchester use it but does encourage you to shop local. I personally found the shop first (Gift + Home in Altrincham) and joined there loyalty scheme only to realise when I got home it was on Loyalzoo (which was how I discovered and downloaded it).
I have had this app on a previous phone and had no issues, but now I have a new phone it won't let me login. I have entered my email address and then when pressing the login button it does nothing
needs new update, doesn't work with the latest andriod 9 update.thats the new arpil update that been released. i keep getting long loading time screen and then when i clearly have internet connection, tells me i do not have connection or timed out.
Can't opt out of marketing emails on sign up. This is 2020 guys... Gdpr. You should make that optional not forced for using the app. I want loyalty with my local retailer not a load of emails from the app developer.
Have app. Was in shop today which appears on list and they told me that I have points that I can redeem. Cant see points anywhere. This is one off the worst apps I have.
Can't sign up - the app gets stuck infinitely loading when trying to sign up with either Facebook or an email address on Samsung Galaxy S8 + Android version 7

I just logged in and I found these other places I've never been into. I've been in one place but never in these bars.
I have been bringing my son here since he was small, always have lovely ladies cutting his hair, woukd definitely recommend to others.
The app doesn't let you add your loyalty card in and where's the option to add it in.
Downloaded the app, but could get on because it wouldn't take either my email or phone number. So decided to uninstall.

Would get 5* from me but theres a slight updating problem as it is showing old offers!

Does not work. Cannot get past the login screen Edit... moved to 4 stars The developer contacted me. They have made some serverside changes. The problem is linked to auto completions. Type your full email address and it works. Can't comment on the rest of the functionality as have yet to use it.
