The app is great for my needs. Haven't tested the paid version yet though. One huge problem I have with the app is, when I select mode of payment, there is no going back. The back button doesn't work. What if the customer changed her mind and decided to pay via online means or I happen to make a mistake which would require me to edit the items. You should definitely add an option to edit cart and mode of payment.
Been using this since I opened my small business. It has been a great tool. It would be even great if you include the total number of purchases along with the total amount included in the receipt. Thanks loyverse!
Very useful app for small business. Hopefully you can add even just 1 employee on the free version. Last December 24, it didn't sync automatically, it ended up some sales report that didn't push through and items was sold more than the stocks available. On refund and inventory, It will be much easier though if you can search for specific product on the receipts without having to check on the receipt one by one, as it makes it easier to make a refund for a specific while doing an inventory.
Takes just little time to figure out and works well and easy enough. I take away 1 star because I have to select tables from a list by table number. Please add option to select table from a table MAP! Support is fast and correct with response. I have the POS setup to print independently to thermal printer and 2 tablet displays (bar and kitchen), from 3 devices (waiters) simultaneously. And works exactly as desired! Ps. I've tested 5 different POS apps. LOYVERSE is best and most versatile!
I'm using this app since 2019, the app is very good but suddenly they increased the pricees to add new employee in app from 50$ per employee to 250$ per employee annually.. it's unacceptable increase (5 times) suddenly!!!
Great program for small businesses. Ours is a small restaurant and it works well for sales, stock, discounts and many more features. Well done Loyverse.
I am not sure if it is a problem of the app or just the device that I am using. I used 2 tablets Samsung Galaxy TAB A and iPad. I noticed that items on sale will not show full/complete text (truncated/no text wrap/ no full text view) on android while the display of the same items on my iPad shows the full text. Help!
For a first timer, awesome POS, very simple to use, intuitive, help is easy to find online and when needed the customer service is great. Answers fast and solved my issue quickly. I'm using the free version as a test but will quickly upgrade it as I'm very happy with it, thank you for making our life simpler in the restaurant!
Simple and easy to use but i hate it when u have to click multiple times on items if it was large quantities. Example if customer want 10 Apple you have to click 10 times, u can add large quantities easy by click ticket at top but it still take 3-5 click just to change the number. My suggestion is when i click an item a numpad pop up so i can enter the quantity easily, instead click the item multiple times. Or may be put a keyboard icon next to items so i can enter any amount of number i want
The app is so easy in use, i've found everything instinctively I'm very happy about how it is created, and on top of it, no monthly or yearly fee. I'm helping in a non-profit organization, and needed something easy to use ( Bonsai Club ) And beeing able to help removing the manual work, with this app will be amazing Even got the support asking me if i needed assistance, isn't that great. 5 stars are well deserved. Happy user in Belgium :)
Been looking for a POS for a pop up Cafe. I have tried expensive all singing all dancing POS systems yet this App is the easiest to set up to configure to print receipts and unlike every other I have tried Sum Up Air configures instantly and is so quick to connect and complete transactions. If you need POWER, EASY TO CONFIGURE, and every TOOL you need to run a front end of a business. GO NO FURTHER than THIS POS.
Loyverse POS is a wonderful system especially for a new startups. We like one the best feature that is provided for free to use is the CDS (Customer Display System) and KDS (Kitchen Display System). It does have the option to display the orders on a device digitally or print out physically. We are only into the first month of using Loyverse POS and we love it. We are able to review our sales record and transactions to know the good days or weeks of our business and able to make an informed decision on adjustment or changes. The Loyalty Program is something we have tested on a few customers but not fully implemented yet. We receive good feedback from our customers. Till now, we have not face any hickups and I believe it's a very stable and reliable system. We are going to try out the payable modules such as the Integration, Employees and Inventory Management Systems. Thank you Loyverse.
This apps really help our small business , but now adays we have a problem regarding the USB barcode scanner, in term of sales, because once we scan the item using USB scanner, the item didn't add in the ticket., even it was connected properly. I hope you can help us resolved our problem
How can i fix the problem of loyverse app? Doesnt synced anymore and it says something went wrong with the server. I did everything, uninstall and installed it again, clear data, clear cache, nothing works. Its very frustrating
App is very useful and intuitive. It is easy to use even for a newbie. I haven't been able to use all features, I feel I would certainly add some features when our system is running properly with all stock and items. There were server error around Christmas, but now it is working fine. Would be great if there was an explanation why the server is error, and if there's a way to mitigate when it happens again (offline through my computer, for example).
This is just awesome! I would love if the app would have the option to add a new item when the cashier scans a barcode which is not in system yet, instead of just alerting that the item is not found, it should ask if you want to add a new item with this barcode and this way the cashier won't have to go out of the ticket and come back. Thanks!

Hope you can add at least 1 employee on free version. Cashier should also be able to view item stock without having to give access to manage item

Loyverse has been so incredible. We were initially hesitant to try it out, thinking it would be too good to be true. At first it's a lot of work to input all of the items/modifiers/variants, but all the work is so worth it. My staff picked it up almost immediately. Being able to change/add items in real time saves so much time reprogramming a traditional POS system. The loyalty program has eliminated our paper punch cards, and the reporting is AMAZING.
Our register died and we needed something fast. Downloaded several apps to test and Loyverse had so many features and was easy to set up and use, it was the easy choice. After we were done testing, we contacted support to delete all the test receipts. they got back to us right away. We especially like that we can use out tablet as a scanner and it was super easy to set up the receipt printer and import our inventory. So far, so good.
Loyverse has been absolutely wonderful to our business especially if you consider that it is a free app. However, you do pay a subscription fee for addtional staff. None the less it has been brilliant for a start up business. User friendly and provides you with sales and payment trend data. The one difficulty we experience is trying to add on printers and scanners as these are not easily operable on Android device's. We are still trying but the the app is highly recommended.
After hours of testing various apps on various platforms I settled on Loyverse. It is by far the easiest to set up and use. And is the most reliable of all the pos systems I tried. It has extremely good support and features. If you need a pos system don't bother with the others, Just go straight to this one. And all on hardware that most people have kicking about ( may have to buy a cheap printer ). Cannot praise loyverse enough.
Whilst it is commendable that Loyverse has create a very slick piece of software for free, it is worth noting that it is lacking on some key areas which has meant that I am unable to use for own restaurant, (which is a real shame because I actually like this software). There is no real open table option to see at a glance which tables are open orders and it is very fiddly to have to take several steps to access an open order. This is unacceptable for a large restaurant with 20+ tables. There are options to add in tables, (a workaround at best) but you are still unable to actually see any open orders. The discounting option is terrible. I am sorry to say but I have no idea why you have to set up discount options. Why is it not possible to select an item and manually input a number, either a % or actual number? These 2 are real deal breakers for my usage. However it is a very good bit of software and for other businesses it might be a good fit. I am very happy to actually pay a monthly fee for this software but without these 2 very important things, it
While we enjoy this app and utilize varios of the paid features, this last update 28-Ago, seems to have some glitches. When we go to split payments, the app freezes, and then it won't restart. I have to restart the iPad to get it to work again, but then the problem continues. Also, it seems discounts are not saving once you click save. We have to print the ticket to get it to save. Lastly, syncing issues. We have 1 ipad and 1 android. Syncing always has a problem.
Constantly having to login, and doesn't let you paste in the login screen either.. so autofill password managers won't work. That's a big hassle.
Great app, Used it for about two years or more and its really a smart app. The dashboard, the Customer Display...they are cool. i want to suggest that you add a section for goods that have an expiry date, so that the shop keeper can be alerted may be via dashboard or on the main app. Secondly, there could be a master password to delete transactions or receipts from the backend or front. Also adding a section to handle expenses would be nice so that one can calculate actual income based on expenses and not just PRICE - COST. Thanks and keep up the good work, You guys are good
It started off pretty well, easy to setup. The setback here is; I couldn't find or maybe there was a social network share link (WhatsApp) and a domain setup, these were the features I needed, and were missing, besides this, the rest of the features were perfectly good. Hope the developer could engage on this issue. Thanks, and wish you well.
