UPDATE 2/4/2021 Instead of "improving" a chart, fix the bugs. Still seeing trades that aren't mine... I am seeing someone else's trades when looking at the realized gains & losses for my account. Not just a problem with the app but the web site as well. This never happened on AccountView 1.0. It started when my advisor "upgraded" me to AV 2.0 so I could use the app. I wonder how much of *my* data other LPL clients can see? This is a SERIOUS data leak.
Whoever developed this app is not very good at their job (I speak from development experience). So confusing and I haven't even log in yet. When I first try and login it says it will "notify me once access is available" is that not the point of the app, for access? This message is very vague. Then after closing the app, it sits and runs in the background until the user force stops the app. Why would it ever need to continue running after closing? I hope they find new development talent.
I get a pop-up message after trying to log in that says I can't use the app yet & I should use a web browser instead, but that I will receive notification when I can actually use this app to view my account info...huh? Seriously LPL, what's the point of publishing a non-functioning app like this (which appears to have never been activated)?? >8~\
App will not connect. Useless! Deleted then reinstalled, was able to get in the first time. Tried again and no short cut was created. Need to reach it from the play store each time.
As many others have said, doesn't work. Won't accept my login credentials. Everything works fine if I access my accounts through a browser/website, so not an account issue.
Doesn't work all the time. Doesn't open up all the time. Updates not working.. I have to uninstall and reinstall app several times to get it to work. For a huge financial company like this this app is very poorly done.
It works but is extremely ugly. It calls fingerprint authentication "Touch ID" so it's almost certainly a poorly thought out port of the iPhone version.
Cannot install the app on my pixel 4a. Used to work but I had to reset my phone to factory. And now the latest version refuses to install.
Pixel 6 installation fails. No other app has pixel 6issues. Why can it work on my Samsung Galaxy tablet 8 in. Says it isn't device compatible so can't select. Really pretty common Android tablet
I'm having the same issues as others have mentioned. Unable to sign in and receive the message "You will be notified when you can log in". Have tried over the course of 3 days, and haven't received a confirmation email or other notification of access.
Will not work with android 12 update. Installed update and the app disappeared and tried to download again but keeps failing.
I can't do your paper work you sent me. I am not smart at this stuff. Or the web stuff. I though I took everything out when I had to retire early. I only have one question do I have money in these 3 accounts you say that I have. I sure could use it if I do. Lol. I though it was closed out. Can you make it easyer for the people thats not to smart.
Fix your damn app. It is telling me to update my app. Press ok to update than it takes me to the app screen and the only option is to open or Uninstaller. This is so frustrating, please test your changes first.
Mine freezes on the login screen.. There is no cursor to type in.. The screen says version 1.69. I thought we were on version 2.00. I got it from the Google Play Store
Unable to sign on. Tried for 3 days. Terrible app. Just plain doesn't work, at all . After reading a new review for 1/3/20 I tried again. Still doesn't work. Sorry.
Hard to sign in. Charts are not up to date. Harder to navigate than old version.
Same as others. Nothing. Perhaps a scam to get our user names and password? How could a billion $ company release an app like this?They never answer reviews either. Something is wrong.
Does not load on Samsung Z fold after last update. Worked before but was gone after update and won't load now...what gives?
Update won't install on devices running Android 12. The app didn't really work before that anyway.
The December update destroyed the app. Can't install the update. Tried Uninstaller and re-installed -- no go. S21 Ultra
Can't log in because it says you must click OK to upgrade the app, yet it doesn't allow for upgrading. SMH
Simply super on my Surface Duo. Everything that you could want clearly presented and logically laid out.
Read all the other comments...same thing...popup message saying I have to wait, use the url! Why make an app just to refer you to the url! Even contacted my account representative, she did know anything either!
App is working fine now. Bad reviews were from before the app was officially launched. No problem logging and viewing accounts.
The worst app I've ever attempted to use. It is absurd and honestly unprofessional just how terrible it is.
Not great but there are other options. You can log in through the website and it will give you the same option, no need to fuzz. Just saying :)
Having more and more trouble logging jn. Says I need a new version, however there is no new version available. Very aggravating
Unusable. Getting a "valid credentials are required to log in" message. No problems logging into My Account View online.
Will not accept my login and password. Can use same login and password in a web browser and works fine. So NOT MY ACCOUNT
Install issue fixed in the 1/13 update. Solid app but dark mode is a little off with colors and contrast.
