Going on five weeks without a resolution to an app issue. The app was working fine but it suddenly stopped working. When I went to reinstall the app the Credential ID field to register the app in ClientWorks came up empty so it cannot be registered which means it is not working on my phone. Typically the Credential ID is self generated, and then this ID is used to register the phone. I submitted a report but as of this post there has been no resolution. Pathetic!
Limited functions. Not worth the trouble. Login stops working. Have to uninstall and reinstall to fix.
The first instruction is to log into an archaic system. I really dislike instructions that do not coincide with the options!
i cant even get my mobile phone registered. the instructions dont apply to my account view at lpl. theres no settings "add device" option on my account page. very frustrated.
Like most say. There is No way to Log In. It's interesting that The Apple App works, But the Android app does not.

Awful!!! I agree with all of the other reviews. This app is worthless.
This is not an app for the customers of lpl I believe. This is only for the advisors with lpl. They need to educate the customers adequately. Seems dumb of lpl to not be clear enough.
Should be a zero. BranchNet does not exist and this is obviously outdated. Should I really be trusting this company with my assets?

The mobile app worked on my Samsung galaxy 6 edge, but, unable to get it work for my Samsung galaxy 8 edge. Unable to register my phone on branchnet per the LPL mobile app request, therefore, this app is USELESS.

There is no point to this app. I don't know if it's meant for advisors or investors, but if it's for investors, you've failed terribly.
Don't waste time installing! Uninstalling. App doesn't work. Doesn't let you authenticate/register device, log into account or anything. Even tried downloading their lpl authentication app... that was completely useless as well. Don't waste your time. Whoever is the developer of this companies apps should be fired because these apps are completely pointless and don't even work properly.
