Apparently app is no longer used in stores (despite signs promoting to download). Don't add all your profile and credit card data like I did.

App no longer works as of March 4, 2020. There is no alternative app download option to use to redeem or collect points towards rewards.

the VERY BEST food app. my second time there and the food and COFFEE is soo good. i hardly ever do reviews but im soo impressed! #Godblessthis restaurant 😊

Provides rewards that I cannot redeem either because the stores are out of stock or I am allergic to the item. Argo Tea does much better rewards, you can substitute for any reward.

Constantly crashes when I try to check out on a mobile order.

Facebook login is broken because the Facebook integration is in development mode.

The company is out of business. Don't expect the app to work anymore.

In order to get reward you have to show it to staff and they redeem - it is not stored on your account. It's is very inconvenient as staff doesn't ask you about rewards and you might not know or forget

In app prices are significantly more expensive than in store purchases for the same item. In app purchase for egg sandwich and large coffee was $14.15, in store it cost $10.55. What a rip-off.

Haven't used it much yet. Just installed it to redeem some free stuff. But come on! They forgot to include the app icon.

Everything I ate was delicious. Definitely Í will come back and try the coffee with pastry...👍🍷🍽

Refreshed design, except the launch icon...

No longer works. Does not remember credit card number and crashes each time I save the credit card number.

APP freezes up. Won't open. Bad for LPQ business.

Terrible. I've entered my payment info many times and it just disappears. Cannot order ahead using the app because it won't store my info.

The app doesn't scan (at least) in any of the Chicago stores. Last time I was in line with two other people, with diff phones (model and OS ver), and none scanned. In one of the stores even typing the code at the counter didn't work. ..

Basically terrible to look at and worst to use it. Support .... which support! Laughable!

Reward shows without exp date and cannot be opened. Probably happens when today is expiration date.

It doesn't let me create an account.

Functionality is terrible

Can't place order thru app. After I hit submit button app just hangs. Also omelettes are missing from breakfast menu

Fails constantly. T really difficult to get through. I ended up calling.

When trying to sign up with email address, hitting the sign up button asks you to confirm or cancel, and when you confirm, nothing happens.

I love the app and how it gives free things every so often, 2 things need to be fixed though: - i have a galaxy s6 edge (curve screen on the side(, and the scanning of the bar code is not working most of the time. - there is a place to change the card payment, but somehow it doesn't take in account the card change.

Very poor. The Android version does NOT have a "pay at the table" capability, which more or less makes this app useless. Fix it -- as of now I'll never use this again.
