Need improvement UI is outdated. Many times it is logged out automatically. It does not have the option of myclass.lpu.in. Can not give online exam from app. Additional resources also do not have an option. No announcement notification pops up from this app, you have to go to the app again and again for notifications. Most of the time, we have to visit the website for many functions.
Worst experience. stressed out only because of this app. Document upload page is not at all working i've tried hundred times till now. But after uploading documents it again shows upload again . And they send same alert notifications that your results will be blocked . They replied to my mail and wrote send documents in lpu touch otherwise they will not be accepted. No response to my calls.
This app is causing me frustration. Only a white screen can be seen for the past two months. This app provides us with all university-related information, and no one has yet addressed this issue.
Well in my experience i have a above average grade for lpu touch as i have been using it for nearly 2 weeks.I have found some of the inconveniences in the app.But altogether it is good for getting day to day status of ours recorded. It has some defect as it shows in time management table also some times updation is not there when changing section and task uploading in time. Thats all I have experienced so far.Thank you!!!
worst app!! although this app is very useful for students as it contains important info but at the same time it never works properly, it shows the same content all the time even if you try to refresh it, it never happens, please try to fix it. Highly disappointed!!
I got the solution for error.." After Fingerprint Authentication..it just shows "Please wait.." for less than second and just shows white screen." This situation arises when you enable LPU Touch option & then mistakenly or else click Logout button. To resolve this when LPU Touch option shown just cancel it... It will then ask for User ID and Password. Fill the details and click go...it's working fine now. Don't Logout. It may be bug as in other app we Logout everytime & login with fingerprint.
This app is very helpful. It provides us the platform for the academics as well as college info updates. It works all fine except sometimes . It must be updated to fix these minor bugs . I am satisfied with the app very much.
I think the app is not perfectly made. I missed the deadline to submit my BA assignments. I tried every day, every minute, every hour just to submit my assignment. But this app never let that happen. I don't know what should I do now. Maybe the facility should look into the matter. Plz look into my matter cuz my grades depends on the assignment...
The app was good but their are some problems while we used it in phone . While we click on User list toggle the button is not work smoothly while click on it some time to go back in lacture it gives the message to leave meeting and when we wrote message it dialogue box of message come under the keyboard and can't read the message once again it should be correct or because because the dialogue box not see properly. And the User toggle button and the full screen button takes to much time execute
This app is very useful. this app comes with many advance features for iOS and Android phone. It's is very useful for students, because you check your Classes, Attendance, Marks, Emergency contact, RMS , Higher Authority, etc. in that app RMS features make student fill freely because if you have any problem, you want to give any suggestions, you have any enquiry than you can easily use this thing. time to time University update its features.
It is down every second day or second week. Then again and again I have to put mail to infotech faculty. See I don't want to disturb them too but please don't do this again and again to the staff and students. It is automatically logged out. It means it crashes easily and need again and again log in. Whenever we change password it needs a new password for log in. Why doesn't it work with the old password like lpulive does? It's the worst app I have ever seen.
This app is so good very far, but there's a suggestion from my side that.. it would be very helpful if you could just give an option to search for a drive in placement drive menu.
Can't login. The app just loads after I enter my login details. Just loads. Thats all. Plz do something When I re-install the app, it works fine for the first time. But, when I go for second attempt I face the same issue. Just goes on LOADING.
It's not working. After finger print authentication, it just shows a blank page. I have been trying to login from several days. I have tried clearing cache too. Still unsuccessful.
There is lot of issues in this application. Wherever I open it, it's ask for login, fingerprint doesn't work, whenever I use fingerprint then it stucks on white screen. It does not show statistics of attendance, assignment on home screen always shows 0.
Again i am facing the same issue with this new update. nothing is displaying when i open the app i just see a white page and nothing. you guys really need to work hard with this app. when i complained last time it took almost a month to resolve the issue with fixed update. I am not sure how much time i have to wait again.
Really helpful for Lpuites as it gives quick notifications to information that are provided by our university. There is one suggestion if it will be adjusted might be more helpful our class notification pop-up whenever our class is just a alarm type signals with users permission.....
The app is worst than previous version. These are the bugs. Crashing so many times. Login problem. While making attendance,by pressing back it goes to home menu.
Very nice app and user friendly includes all the features nearly of using UMS but notifications are not sustained for some user interface designs and disappear on clicking at it. Rest is good.
This is the worst app ever. I am a guardian and would like to login to the app to see how my ward is doing. The app wont even let me login! And please do not instruct me to contact the IT team. I AM NOT IN INDA. Please fix the issue!!!!! EDIT: I did try clearing the cache, and deleting the data and even deleting the app and reinstalling. None of which work
It becomes very slow while refreshing, it takes a lot of time and sometimes doesn't refresh at all, otherwise everything is good. Developer please fix this issue.
worst app as always, every weekend there is a problem of server application error any time if we check any announcements, please do a single time in favour of students, for us the announcement are much necessary to see. please do something better for us. Never you people can hear us continuously feed backing that make this app a good but still the problem continues I don't know what is going on
One suggestion: while we see the attendance subject wise, attendance day wise is given. Here if you show the attendance for the recent date on top, it would be useful to the parent to see them. Every time we need to go down to see the attendance of ward in the recent date. I mean u should give exactly reverse to the order u have given in the app, recent date on top and old dates at bottom.
Very bad app.....lots of bugs.....every time you open it, it says no internet connection......while you are connected to internet.....you can stream your netflix on high quality but you can't see anything on this app with the same connection
App doesn't work properly. Also most of the time data inside the app doesn't get updated with the website, and an error message pops out saying"no internet connection" though the internet works properly.
Its just that i can't rate it 0 so i have to give it 1 star. This app never works when we need it most. And i can not understand the purpose of changing login password in every 30 days. I mean my bank also give a validity of 180 days and they are so stupid that every time you need that app urgently your password expires.

Worst Experience , it's been showing blank white page from nearly 2 months . I don't know why it's working in others mobile and not working properly in my mobile. Please Technical team try to resolve the issue ASAP .
Actually, the problem with this interface is that once, we change the password through LPU's e-connect website (rather than the app), it is not possible to re-login into the LPU Touch app due to some technical issues. We can re-login merely after uninstalling and reinstalling the LPU Touch app. Otherwise, the app is definitely very much helpful and easy to use.
