very neat and clean. I love the pet friendly part with no extra fee. I've talked with other people that stay here and are grateful and love the no extra charge for bringing there dog, dogs.
Worked great while it was alive. Since LQ has merged with Wyndam, there is no more access to your account. You might consider removing this app.

Well 100% sure i get la Quinta app few monts ago and now oct 10 2018 try to look for my room and my information is no where to be found. When email was send and ask me to pick up my room . what the ....! How your app is not working where is my information .

I was hoping that there would be something somewhere on the site that says how many points I need to get a free nite. Nor is there any place where I can redeem my points. Totally confused
App is decommissioned. Have to download the Wyndham app now.

This app could be so much better. It is much easier to book a room by calling the phone number. There wasn't even an option for me to book more than one room at a time with the app. It would also be great to see if you qualify for double points and other perks with this app. It is supposed to be a travel companion to help with the journey. I understand the company is in a bit of limbo with the buy out but this should be changed to be more helpful to your customers.
Can not even start to get into this appt. LQ inns giving discounts but i can not get as i made reservations in January for this May. Then in march LQinns cut room rates but not for me. So I cancelled there are better places in Williamsburg Va. to stay.
Good app, but how about some way to alert hotel you are bringing a pet. Pretty lame for a pet friendly place.
It was cool, but then my ability to mobile check in was taken away and I'm not sure why. It's very basic and has some potential but really they need to start over
Lq started Mobile check in and check out, but this does not work, I have called and called to get help but nobody seems to know how to resolve the issue. I would love to use this option
Terrible app. Stayed at one of their hotels and didn't receive any points. Worthless. Never staying at La Quinta again.
Used mobile check-in but the the front desk could not find my reservation. App does not allow you to chose your room as was advertised. No value with mobile check-out if you need a receipt. Takes too long to see earned points posted to your account.
I work for La Quinta and redeemed points for gift cards 10 weeks ago and because of a "glitch" between them and their supplier I still have no resolution.... very unhappy
LQ needs to explain what an "instant hold" means. I've used this app to hold a room only to find out that the reservation got cancelled before I arrived to check in at the hotel desk.
My app just all of a sudden started asking for a credential storage password. I uninstalled and reinstalled but that didn't work. Then it started asking for my pin. It will not let me bypass this even if I enter my phone's pin. It's just useless now.
What a hoot! After receiving a direct mail piece trumpeting the 'enhanced' app (previously a stinker) I gave it another whirl: it's even worse than before. Doesn't really merit one star.
This app. is ridiculous and nonsensical!! All we wanted to find out is our total points as an update!! We NEVER book online with LQ...the phone is so much easier!!
Galaxy S5, old phone, yes, but have you seen the prices of hotels lately? The app locks my phone up, I suspect it's attempting to access things it really doesn't need or should need to access. I typically enjoy my stays at LQ, though selecting which room I stay in would be great, albeit, it seems that is only available on the phone app, yet even phone representatives or those at the LQ I wish to stay at aren't empowered enough to offer that... why is that? Hogwash. Improve your app.
