Awful the app is useless. Just opened checking and saving account. This morning 5/22/19 tried to purchase items from store. my card was declined. Called my local Terrell branch to see what was going on. I was told my checking account could not be seen. She said I was withdrawing from my savings and I only have 6 transaction a month to withdraw from my savings. I was told that it was fixed and I should be able to use my card. Now here it is 7:30. just getting off of work need some gas. Same thing.
I have had trouble with this app ever since I got this phone. Unable to open. No problems with my other phone. Unfortunately they don't carry it anymore. No one is able to help me with this crappy phone.
LSCU sure knows how to make banking smooth and accessible! The best CU I have ever been a member of. They treat us like we're gold.

Love Banking here ❤. When I have had someone who steal my card number, this Bank was already on it before I even new about the problem, and called me to ask if I purchased something at a different location than I normally do.

I would love to give this a great review, however, I was never able to get logged in. I know my credentials were correct because I use the password Vault and it works from the desktop or my laptop. I just kept getting Authentication error or something like that. This is on a brand new S7 and a fresh install of the app.

Mostly good app. Only issue I've noticed is the app steals focus after switching away for a few minutes asking for my fingerprint again. Have to explicitly close the app in the task switcher to make sure I'm not interrupted. Pixel 2, Android 9.
