Always having issues with this app. The bio metrics doesn't even work for that long always have to be calling in and to update password you need to log in through a computer. This app is joke and so inconvenient I'm canceling my bank account I've tried for over 2 years and this app is a mess I'm done so fustrating.
Do not use this app. It stopped allowing me to login or use finger authentication, and when I type in my password, it says wrong password. But if I go to the banks website and login there with the SAME password, it logs in just fine.
Had "incorrect" password. Did a password reset, wrote it down, 3 days later I'm getting an error message. Invalid login/password. I hate this app.
App always crashes. Ends up locking me out of my account because of how unreliable it is as a whole. Customer service just sends you to your local bank. Worst app. Worst bank as a whole here in Texas. Lone Star is right because that's the only rating it should ever get.
Worst bank I have ever banked with. Terrible customer service on the phone and drive thru. Also terrible construction for atm accessibility for trucks. I want to love them but so far they have done everything wrong up to now.
App works fine, just wish I could stop getting the pop up notification everytime I open the app about "Attention, enrolling in card manager is easy etc."
App never works in the evening. Just doesn't log you in, everyday. Absolutely terrible.
Like everyone else has said, the app NEVER WORKS. Neither does online banking. I would give it a zero if I could
Poorly designed app. Kicks ( logs) you out as soon as you look at any product.
Too many system errors after the new update 👎have hard time accessing my count almost every time I try to log in please fix this
Adding fingerprints was a life saver, person to person transfers works quick and fast
App needs a good update balance is not always correct name alerts and transactions are coming in late

For mobile deposit it should specify that you have to put under endorsement "for mobile deposit only" . No where does it instruct you to do that when you are doing the deposit.
It is a little slow to log in. Its not my cell.
The font is to small. Can not change it.
Job bank was required had some problems with this bank nd they drafted my account someone charged stuff I disputed over phone nd now they want me in person!!I live in West Texas I told them they wouldn't take another credit card to pay so Credit I go😥
What a waist of time is this app horrible bank dont open any account with this bank they cann't help you in any way if you are out of the valley and you need help over the phone i regret opening an account here as soon i go back to McAllen i will close my account and open in other bank where they care for their customers not like this f@#$%king bank

Ridiculous how a bank with over $2 Billion in assets has an app so horrificly bad. 99% of the time it shows a balance that is just completely wrong. Does not show transactions immediately. Load times are also incredibly slow. User interface is very cluttered and messy. Username is super difficult to remember. Can't change it so invetiably when it gets unremembered on the app you have to call and ask for it and they'll charge you for that. If you need to use this app, I'm so, so sorry.
