When having 2 clients at the same address, I cant add the 2nd client to the app. They send me an invite to download app for that 2nd client. I already have the app so I would have to delete the app for 1 client and all my history information for that client. It only allows invites for 1 client. Fix this problem and the app works great.
Now, they are asking to have permission to your photos, media and files on your device or the app doesn't work with just location access. Really?! Give me one reason why you absolutely need to be in my phone. That's an invasion to ones privacy! How are you! Uninstalled!!
Worked great on my old iPhone but when I updated to the pixel 4xl, it stopped working. We called and reset the password and redownloaded the app and even reset the wifi. Nothing worked. This app desperately needs an update!
Was able to use it with no issues on old phone, (Motorola) Now on Android it keeps force closing. It's so annoying, I can't check in or out. Tried uninstalling various times with no solution. Useless app
I was able to use it last on 12-29-19. Now when I try & hit the mic it just closes & says "Time Card Keeps Stopping." Tried clearing cache & uninstalling & reinstalling. Still doesn't work. Using Galaxy S10.
it won't even let me get on the app. I got the invite, put in my email address and password and still it keeps saying that I have the wrong credentials. I have been doing this for 2 days!
I have tried many times, on my old phone, my new phone both are android and even online using the temporary passwords they sent no luck. Guess i'll keep the way I'm use to. Maybe send the android and the Iphone texts separately.
Sometimes it works great and other times it doesn't work at all. Or it says you are checked out and you close the app and 10 minutes later it says you are not checked out. Has happened to me 6 times in the last couple of weeks.
I can't even get into it !!!...my phone says it's installed, but it's not in the list of my apps, and I don't have an icon for it on my home screen..!!!
After the latest update I can't check in at all. Keeps giving me "Audio Record Error" message and to try again.
This app does not work! Downloaded numerous times and reset password but still nothing.
It times out daily then you delete & reinstall .. Its a pain in the tail.
Unable to logon with Assiricare credentials.

As soon as I installed this app my phone crashed. Fix it and I may try it again.
Crashes before it completes a checkin or checkout. Needed more testing before going live.
Painful... the app seems to lose a lot of logins and logouts unless you have a really strong and stable Internet connection, which obviously isn't always possible. I also got a new surprise from the app today. It seems that my virus scanner (Kaspersky) had identified what it thinks it's a virus in one of the LTC Fastpay files! I'll need to contact the company to see if this is a false positive or not...
