LTS Connect

The LTS Connect app works to optimize your security experience, giving you full control of LTS series DVRs, NVRs, IP cameras, the video doorbell, and access control. Good luck. This app is not user friendly at ALL nor is it plug and play. Setting system up for remote view via cellphone requires too many steps and is confusing. Adding IP cameras and configuring them to be seen by network is difficult and you WILL need assistance from a professional with LTS experience.

Not user friendly at all. So many steps to find where you need to be. Live view is confusing depending on which way you have your settings. The old app was streamlined and easy to use. This one I can't even explain to my customers. If you register your email or phone number how do you recover the account if you lose or change phone? It assigns a username nobody will ever remember. A bit disappointed

This app is still a bit immature. and they will try to blame your phone for the problems. The app has a handful of annoying problems that make it appear unreliable: - It has about a 5 second delay from the base unit before it rings your phone, even if the delay is set to zero. - The phone will continue to ring for the length of time you set, even if the party has been let in by another unit or someone in person. The shortest ring duration is 30 seconds. It feels much longer, believe me. - There is nothing that tells you the party has been let in (door unlocked), which it should know, and be able to relay so you don't have to continue the process of trying to have a conversation with someone who isn't there any longer. I relayed these things to their support group through their site, and got no response.

Between the LTS doorbell camera or this app... I get 90+ notifications even though I selected a single motion zone that nothing moves in, and lowest sensitivity setting. When I go back to the motion detection area page my single zone that previously "saved" does not show as saved. No customer support to speak to. Very frustrated!

A good app overall. I was able to get notifications for motion triggers and security level access is good for my purposes. I do wish that it was available on my tablet and TV though.

Logs out for no apparent reason. Have to reboot the power source. After Android update, videos no longer load. No update from LTS to fix it. Might have to go back to my Ring Doorbell. A few days ago, the alert tone on the outside bell changed to a siren. You cannot change it back.

The old program was fine, a little qwerky but was kept local to my own network. Now they want me to open an LTS account which seen to have access to my server. I don't want anyone poking around my stuff. Plus there doesn't seem to be any good reason/benefit to changing to this version VS. the previous NVMS7000 program. If I'm missing something, please fill me in!

I like the cameras and the qaulity but what's the point of having the app on your phone if it doesn't work 60 percent of the time. The cameras doesn't load or it just randomly stops working

I have hard wire cameras to a dvr. Products work fine but the app does not. Says DVR is not connected to the network but the DVR settings shows to be connected. After days of trying to reconfigure everything possible I've come to the conclusion that the company has no intention of fixing the app.

This app never works always offline. I have tried several times to get it to work. Uninstall, reinstall still it doesn't work. I have had our maintenance guy come out and try to connect to it and it works for a day then offline again. Horrible app!! Not worth anyone's time!! Negative rating

The developers should really add the ability to cast the video to a Chromecast, DLNA, etc. This is a must have. Also, fix the bug where reopening the app only shows one camera. Do those 2 things and this app would be perfect.

While viewing cameras and on a phone call the other person could hear me but I wouldn't be able to hear them. I would have to close the app, hang up my phone call and call the person back in order to hear them / retain audio functions again.

Buyer Beware: Customer support wiil not help you with anything unless you're the cctv company (who charges a hefty fee for tech support) who installed the device. Also, for those of you suffering with the feed being offline while your not connected to your home wifi, it's because you didn't set it up separately (1 profile for home wifi & 1 for when you're away) for remote use by port forwarding. Directions are in the manual or online. Products: 3 Customer support: 1 App: 3 once set up properly

App is not really very useful unless you have the time to watch the cameras hour after hour. After an extensive search couldn’t find a tutorial and it is far from intitive to use. Very disappointing.

So far I have had a decent experience with this app after a few years. My only complaints would be the lack of setup instructions/ease of use and the fact that you cannot link this to Google Assistant or Alexa.

With today's update, app no longer connects to ip/domain camera. Constant "network disconnected" error. It almost appears that the app thinks the phone doesn't have wifi connectivity. Please fix it roll back as app is unusable.

Lags!!!. Won't upload view of all cameras at one time. All but one will show as failed and I have to individually tap on each to show. Most of the time not even that works.

As soon as it was installed, the app is offline. I thought it was not installed properly. It has to be checked many times. I even have to phone our service provider thinking it's their end. I did not realize it's the app. Please, fix this app!!!

The old system was working perfectly. Since you have changed to the new one I cannot even see my cameras. Keeps telling me I'm offline when i have perfect Wi-Fi. You need to switch back

Why when I set the playback time to a specific time I'm looking for, it always takes me back to startup at midnight, thus I have to meticulously still drag the time-line to the point where I want to view. Why did you all eliminate that feature!🤷🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

Terrible Instructions. How do I change the user name. I also can't get my email changed. What is the like for the web portal to change information. The PT cloud is not in the app. How do I set this part up. The app did an update and now nothing works. The program on the computer works so it is not the hardware it is the app for sure. What other software can I use on my phone.? No support from LTS. Never buy anything from LTS.

Works reasonably well - but have to toggle between SD and HD streams when the percentage hangs regularly - waiting will not do it - it's not a bandwidth issue - comes up instantly after going HD - SD - HD... direct IP connection over WiFi on same network
