Main problem: It uses Google Maps for routing, and Google Maps isn't very good with luas and buses (it'll have you get off and walk past the next luas stop on your route, instead of riding). The app is also clunky. Shows stops instead of routes. No bus integration. I can see why there's unofficial apps.
The app no longer works since I updated my android os. My partner has the same issue. It just opens and crashes straight away. It's been going on for weeks now and there is no update possible. Deleting and reinstalling the app doesn't help.
The app had its ups and downs, but in the last 4 days its just not showing anything. I guess its not the app's fault, but the lazyness to fix an issue with the system. "Trusty" luas service, as always.
Very useful app. It gives valuable up-to-date info about any luas disruptions, luas engineering works and even if a lift is not working. I recommend it. It would be great if we could add comments on the app itself...eg when the ticket machine is not working like right now in Harcourt it is not selling tkt. It charged me and then the machine transaction cancelled after a few minutes.
It was working fine for > 1 year, however after I got a new phone and downloaded the app, every time I opened it, it crashed within seconds.
Easy to use and displays same information as shown at stops. Despite what people are saying, it works perfectly in Android 10 with MiUI.
I often had rides on the luas tram in dublin city centre. The red and green lines were great fun. Generally packed. Especially going on holidays with heavy suitcases on the way to a train station. Half empty on the way back.
Real time information is totally inaccurate and never matches what's displayed at the stops. Complete waste of time.
It worked for awhile and then stopped when I upgraded my phone. It doesnt work on newer phones :( annoying. Do not install
App keeps crashing after selecting Show on map. Then it closes. Had to uninstall it.

App used to work perfectly but recently keeps claiming to not be connected to the Internet. Switching between menus sorts that but what a nuisance when in a hurry. Tried uninstalling & reinstalling but same problem.
