You can listen to all your favorite podcasts: Language Learning Courses, Audiobooks, News, History, Education, Technology, TED talks and millions of other audio and music podcasts.
LucidPod podcast player features:
- Search in iTunes podcast library;
- Add podcasts by RSS link (simply paste the RSS URL/link to the search field or tap it and select LucidPod);
- Import podcasts from OPML file or link;
- Download podcast episodes for offline listening;
- Lock screen controls: play/pause, rewind 10 sec. back and 30 sec. forward (most players miss the last two);
- Mark all previous episodes as played/listened (usually you continue the podcast that you started before);
- Quick hints showing number of downloads and new episodes per podcast on the main screen;
- Convenient access to the list of downloaded episodes;
- UI is optimized for one-hand usage and tablets/wide screens;
- Support for SubscribeOnAndroid.com links.

It says there's a "refresh now" option....there is NO refresh now option! There is NO WAY to refresh anything so that you could see if there are any new podcast episodes. I don't even know why they would post that as an update when it doesn't exist..... *UPDATE!!* There actually IS a refresh option. But it is set for the I individual podcasts, not a multiple podcast refresh. Either way, my apologies. I have a new appreciation for this app now, especially because it's hard as hell finding a podcast app that has a refresh option. Now, how RELIABLE this option is remains to be seen. I'll try to give another update
Uh, so like, shouldn't a podcatcher come with variable listening speed by default? Is it me who couldn't find it or that, it actually doesnt have that feature yet?
Straight forward and easy to use. The only miss is a way to read the episodes description.
No options at all. Need auto download and play back options.
Please Add 2X Speed to the Playback
I love the simplicity of the layout and features. Very user friendly and convenient. Please don't overcomplicate it when you add new features and don't bloat it. I like that it's not a massive app in terms of MBs.
Does what it says and it works a nice feature would be, being able to pick the order of play for oldest to newest etc

No playlist sorting. No podcast sorting. Podcast refresh is random, typically I have to unsubscribe /subscribe in order to see a new episode. Extremely limited.
For whatever reason Everytime I download a podcast it says it's corrupted. Regardless of which one. Have installed and uninstalled several times to no avail. No issues on other apps. Used to work well until recently.
Every time I receive a phone call the app starts playing. It seems to be part of the normal "pause when called, play when call ends" functionality you expect from apps except it doesn't check if I was actually listening prior to the phone call.
