Worth a try! From last one week we were annoyed by the plant waste lying in front of our house even after several complaints through control board line numbers. But after installing & lodging complaint from this app, the problem was sorted out within 2 days. 👍😊 Yes there are technical improvements needed in this app. But overall we have got some positive news for getting our problems sorted out. My best wishes with the developers. At least you guys are trying to change something here.

This is extremely unfortunate that the app shows a complete picture of the work culture followed by the Municipality. You issue a complain and it will be resolved on the app only. The real issue will remain as it is. This make you realise that how so ever smart they can name a city they will remain the same unless the system change.

Issue NOT attempted by anyone and on site they showing it Resolved !! I can't understand on what basis WORK DONE or Resolved is showing automatically after few Days ??? When no one visit और attempt to complete issue Practically! Either the app is not working or concern employee Not working practically!

Worst app ever. Filed a complaint. None showed up on ground level and neither anyone contacted. Issue resolved on app User Interferance. Strictly recommend not to use this app. Not worth it. Real dissapointmemt.

Bogus app. You are not able to log in . Security pin which comes on your phone is 5 digit whereas app screen has provision four four digits only. Has lot of bugs.

They do resolve complaint..but only on app. Nothing get resolved in reality. Somebody need to take care wheather they are resolving problems in ground level or only on app.

The problem is resolved on app. No one visited the site to check the actual issue nor someone contacted me. Looks like a perfect replica of typical government office. Only assurances nothing on ground reality. Please don't give people false hopes.

Many bugs in the app, the notifications bar doesn't update and unable to submit feedback Kudos to the effort though, keep it up!

First i make complain then i recive a call from LMC thet in your issue sollved soon ,then recive call from local supervisor that issue resolved . All this happen just on call no ground work done. if u can not help the people then pls remove the ad all around lucknow and shut the app.

To register complaint it asks to verify mobile number. Upon entering mobile number it says you have already verified number and goes silent. Cannot use this app right now. I was using old lmc app where my mobile number was registered.

Login process is so complicated. It sends two codes and no OTP, leaves you struggling to login.

Worst App. There is no stable app to register complaint online. Every 6 months LMC introduces a new app and end up wasting public's Money instead.

Third class, wants to access everything on your mobile. Not allows smooth login. Hope less as always in UP.

Useless app. Only have selected options. Lot more improvement needed. The multiple corporation should take care of the users needs.

Very poor. On the app it is written that "CLICK HERE FOR REGISTER/Update mobile number. But when u click to update your mobile number . It shows this message "YOUR HOUSE ID 9157B22717 WITH MOBILE NUMBER 87XXXXXX19 IS NOT REGISTERED WITH NAGAR NIGAM LUCKNOW, PLEASE UPDATE YOUR MOBILE NUMBER FROM NAGAR NIGAM LUCKNOW"

Useless app. No action is taken. They simply resolve the issue on app without doing any work on ground.

Worst app the otp is not working i am not able to login to the app

It seems that all links does not want to work properly specially house tax version is work. Lmc doesn't want to collect taxes easy way for depositor.

No one comes to resolove the issue! The ticket gets closed wdout doing anything! Highly disappointing

Your complaint is addressed yes but with a request of chai pani . And a request for required equipments too Later you are bombarded with test notifications so much that you feel like deleting the app.

Useless nonfunctioning app. Stuck to verification of mobile number. OTP is never received

Not given optipn for road and lane issue ...most impotant option not there in the app...no use..

Totally waste app there no use of it you can only raise the complaints but there would be no resolution on your complaints..

bogus app....regd complaints many times but no response. absolutely useless app.shud be removed frm playstore.

Unreliable possibly due to poor server performance at the backend.
