Plz it is a heavy request to you guys atleast bring updates to this app and see that it is working. After launching the app, it just says loading and sort of hangs there. My internet speed is very good and rechecked everything to my end. And then a several times reinstall fixed it and once again it started. Plz look into this.
Hi...the app was fine since it was launched..but since past 2 days I have trouble using it..as soon as I open it, it shows the whole interface but keeps on loading and never ever loads..not able to recharge my card or check the fare.. kindly help.
I am an app developer. There are lot of bugs in the app but start with this. Google maps are not working. You have to add Google Maps Api key for it to work. Hope you fix it soon.
As the Metro is progressing and by the completion of all the phases this app will be the most in-demand app,as it contains all the tools that the person can think of which ranges from recharging the card go smart card, information of the metro map, the Fair ticket between the particular stations, the frequently asked question by the metro travelers, helpline number, trip planner, tour guide, lost and found and everything .
It's Good to have an application through which many things can be done such as Recharging Go smart card , getting to know the fair from one station to another , Can see the whole metro map etc.. Wonderful Application lucknow 🚇 metro
Good that app is launched. but please check also once if it is working or not. it is asking for update when you open the app but when you go to play store there is no update. this makes this app of no use. Even the website is down.
The map doesn't come on full app screen. It only comes in half screen and in that only zoom option is there. A person with weak eyes will definitely struggle to see the map.
from being a headache due heavy traffic jams to being the most precious possesion lucknow could ever have, Lucknow metro indeed has stunned the world with excelled class service and elegant infrastructure. The Immaculate station premises is itself symbolic of how we Lucknow vale keep cleanliness next to godliness. Tehzib with a zayka of world class rapid system together goes on to set a bench mark for next 100 metro cities impending in the country. I salute every bit of hard work poured in.
Well looks like app is not at all responding for registration.. TOP UP option on app not working even after skipping the registration/login.. app needs improvement with even more better UI..
The app mostly helps to calculate the fair and basic stuff but one thing that I'd request is please add the feature to use phone nfc instead of the lmrc card to enter as it will make it far more convinient for many people.
After update app not working. 11-04-2019 now is working but online smart card recharge feature is not working. each time i try to recharge error received 'something went wrong try again later'
Most of the time it gives error when i login. It says no card is associated to ur account. Worst app for smart card utility.
Amazing experience and superb facilities. Lucknow matro is one of history. Traffic improvement pollution control and more.
Installing this app doesn't make any sense. This app is full of bugs. I am not able to Login or Recharge my Gosmart Card. LMRC should look into this.
The app is not working. Every time it is asking to update but there is no update available and without update it is not allowing me to explore further.
Lucknow metro is the best thing for the Nawabi people of Lucknow but this app is full of bugs I am unable to to register myself I am unable to register my go smart card I would be glad if the developers of this app can remove those bugs and make this app easier for use Thanks 🙂
Well I have a LM card and its very useful now hen it comes to app it could be more convenient if it gets better UI interface
Can't get fare between stations. Edit- Fare button not working. Also app is lagging alot
App does not show the travel time from source station to destination. Without travel time how someone can plan a trip!!
when opening its showing im using outdated version of app. if selecting update, i see no updates on Google Play ; if i select Not Now, the app closes.
Worst app. After downloading, opened the app same time , since then asking for update. Updated version is not available.
Dissatisfied with the service they are so backwards in terms of services one day before I recharged my card online then too it was showing contact to customer care I contacted two times and did all the formalities which need to be done but then again I recharged my card from counter then again it showed contact to customer care two times I pulled the luggage in the scanning machine am I a fool or what then I have to purchase a new card so I did
3 star just because there is not an option for checking the balance in your card should be an option from that you know what's the remaining balance in your card please improve this facility will rate it again when it is updated
Keeps on saying this app needs to be updated... outdated version... Even though the updates aren't available.
app won't start unless i update it and play store shows that it is already updated, that means lmrc have left us with no possible solution to open this app,wow 👏👏
Poorly managed app!! You should at least add an option of showing a record of recharge done via this app and the option of saving the metro card number. A change in single digit caused so much of inconvenience to me. I don't recommend this app to anyone atleast for recharging the metro card.
