Lucktastic - Win Prizes

It was a great app. I repeat was. I was saving tokens for a $100 Amazon gift card. I was getting closer and decided to get a different gift card. However, the gift card was never available. It would say available in 20 minutes. I would set my alarm come back, and the time never moved. Now, the app is closing. I got a $5 Amazon gift card and lost my points and the money I had saved, too. I know the app was free, but I'm still very disappointed. They could have warned everyone.

Nice final slap in the face. This app forcibly used tokens I'd earned to enter a sweepstakes I never cared about. I had enough tokens to get two $5 gift cards but was only "awarded" one. Shameful. Even when the app was running at 100% getting gift cards was an absolute nightmare. Always either "out of stock" or limited in how many you were allowed to get. I guess it doesn't matter since they're shutting down the app and don't care what any of us have to say. Awful company.

Update: (Could've been a great app if they let you cash out the gift cards but they always withhold them, prob why they're closing up.) I've used this app for a few years and haven't really made much progress. I just got my first gift card yesterday I've had enough coins to get one for a long time but there's nothing ever available except magazines and no thanks. So all in all it works but it's slow unless you download a bunch of apps and you'll wait around forever to get any of the gift cards.

Seems like everyone else is having the same issue as me. Invested so much time into this app with the hopes that you win the sweepstakes. Then one day you can't spin the wheel anymore or receive any new challenges. Even reached out to troubleshoot and received an email saying someone would look into it and never heard from anyone again. I shouldn't have re-downloaded this app. Waste of time. Such a shame.

Same as all the other one star I can get tokens but can't redeem them always out of stock or has technical difficulties. So basically your stuck with the magazine subscription reward (puke 🤮) or contests witch if you read the rules good luck is not on your side. I think this game was good a few years back, I didn't have the issues that I'm having now. I have had it for almost 8 years and it all went south about 2 years ago and continues to get worse.

It's a shame they are retiring this app. I've had only been playing a few months and was quickly accumulating tokens. It was a fun thing to do when I had some free time. I hope someone relaunches it. The only negative thing now is everyone is rushing to spend their tokens and the decent $ gift cards went quickly so I only I only was able to grab a small nomination. Tried to grab another small nomination and it says you only get one prize every 14 days.

Started as a GREAT "game" over a year ago. You are slowly taking ways to win away. No more: challenges to complete to earn prizes,, tokens,, e-cards; ads to spin the wheel; then no more lunch extra scratch offs; now eliminating the spin wheel totally...☹😡 You will be losing a player as soon as I can cash in my tokens. Oh yea, can't do that be because that is impossible to. It is always try again later.

Absolutely livid. I had 398,000+ points and was waiting to get a $100 gift card but they were always sold out. Now all my points were put to a sweepstakes without my choice because the app is ending. I dont want sweepstakes entries! I want the gift card I have been playing for years to get.

This app used to be good. Now half the scratch cards are gone and sometimes when you click on a scratch card it disappears instead of scratching it. The spins are now gone when you used to be able to spin every 3 hours. Now there is no way to reach support as that option is no longer available either.

This was an awesome and fun app while it lasted. It is 100% legitimate (for all you doubters) and I had many $5.00 Amazon Gift Card Payouts over the course of a year that I was doing it. Scratch offs, spin the wheel, offers, prizes and more. Free magazines, etc. It's sad to see they are retiring the app this month. I will miss it and them (the people) a great deal. I hope they can bring it back again. It was a Fantastic source of income for me. I'm very sad guys. 😢 😢 😢 Bye, it was great!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. This app used to fun and you used to actually be able to win things. But now it's just a waste of time and an absolute scam. They've removed a ton of features, which makes it impossible to earn any real amount of tokens, and forget about winning any actual money. And it is now impossible to cash in for a gift card. They'll say it's due to "so many users cashing in", but I've literally seen the timer count down to zero and then immediately reset to 9 hours later.

Don't waste your time. They let you hit money on your first try then all you're going to do is wipe to collect coins until you wear your thumbs out. Those coins are for drawings. A chance to win what the drawings are for. You have more chance to get hit by a lightning 3 times than hit the drawing once. This game sells on false hope just to get you to watch advertisements. It's no difference from any other scam games apps out there.

I never leave reviews but I'm very upset rn. I've been playing this game for 2 years & saving up my tokens. I had over 211,000 well on my way to the $100 Amazon gift card. The most recent update I didn't have room on my phone & had to delete 3 apps. 2 of them I didn't use but one was another game I was on level 144. Only to find out I can get a $5 Amazon card or magazine sub 😕 Then that wouldn't even work due to not excepting the phone # or letting me change it.

Used this app for a long time! Enough to ALMOST be able to redeem $100 Amazon gift card only to be told Lucktastic is ending. Tried redeeming for the amount I could and it keeps saying my username or password was incorrect. It isn't. But it also doesnt give the option to "forgot password". Now it says they are allowing a magazine subscription or $5 Amazon gift card. Tried the gift card and it's still telling me my login info is incorrect. I'm highly disappointed.

All the sudden the spin wheel stopped extra spins, then one day the spin wheel was gone all together? All the contest entries I had were removed and now left with 5? You take the extras away and add more ads! Nobody wins the scratch offs unless it's tokens only. I'm leaving the app within the week and telling everyone I've recommend it to to leave also if you don't make major changes and bring back the perks we all tried to benefit from. Other users are going to do the same. It's become useless!

I played daily for about 3 months. I accumulated over 80,000 tokens and the app indicated that I could claim two $10 gift cards from Dunkin Donuts. (40,000 tokens each). When I tried to redeem them the system was having issues and I was supposed to try again later. Next time I log on I'm told I will no longer be able to play soon . I can claim one $5 Amazon only and the rest of my tokens will be used for more sweepstakes entries. No options given. I was decieved and ripped off.

While this game is free, you have to watch a ton of ads. At the beginning I was able to redeem my points for gift cards. Lately, the cards have been "unavailable." It tells you to check back later because your fellow-players have claimed all the cards available. I won over $5 pretty soon after I started playing, but you can't cash out until you reach $20. It has been months and I have not been able to add to that pot at all. I don't want to quit and waste all my tokens and time invested. Beware!

Out of stock rewards. Whenever I go to get an Amazon card, it always says out of stock. The moon has to be in the right placement in orbit for you to be able to get the $5 Amazon code. It has worked for me but it's so annoying that it takes so many tries until it becomes available again. I just tried again now. I waited until the second when it was open. I entered in my phone number and by the time I got the verification code sent to my phone and entered it, the item was out of stock. It was literally less than a minute and it went out of stock. I will try over and over and over until I can miraculously get through the process and not have the $5 Amazon code go out of stock in less than a minute. Now I have to to wait another 7 1/2 hours to try this routine again and probably have it go out of stock again in under a minute.

IDK if you're revamping app or something but when you take away most of the contests and extra chances to win...with no notice or explanation...it is very disappointing. It was hard enough pretending I could maybe, possibly, actually win something - but when you took away spin and good things to spend tickets on (like the Nintendo Switch contest which was supposed to end 4/30/22 that I used around 1,000 tickets on), you took away hope and it became almost impossible. Improve soon or keep 1⭐

I hate Lucktastic. I've been scratching off scratchcards for about 2 1/2 years. I got up 364,000+ tokens just to be offered to receive a $5 Amazon gift card. My goal was a $100 Amazon gift card. And I didn't have the option to get more $5 gift cards even though I still had all those tokens left. They chose to convert my remaining tokens into entries to the $1 million dollar contest that I know I'm not going to win. Also the ONLY cash that I ever "won" was $2.70 and that can't even be redeemed

Took everything from account with no warning. I had a lot of coins saved up to redeem for giftcards and $4 in cash on my account and now they are closing down. They provided no heads up or warning of closure with loss of profits. Cannot recommend, it's now a waste of so much time.

They are closing their service. When I opened the app, it asked if I wanted to use tokens to keep my tier level for the month. I said no then went to the gift card section where you get a message saying they're closing. You choose between a $5 gift card or magazine subscription. All remaining tokens after that choice will convert into jackpot entries. Then, they shouldn't ask people to use their tokens to keep crowns for the month. Also, we deserve more than a $5 gift card. I had 80k tokens.

Disgusted. Had over 750,000 tokens that I couldn't ever redeem for the $100 Amazon gift cards because it was never available. When it was, I get a message saying I had to download OVER 60 partner apps despite the fact that nowhere was it mentioned that I had to do so. This app wasted SO much of my time that I can never get back.

I do have time to waste. I have played over 25000 scratch cards. In 3 years I have accumulated $2.75. I only waste mine and their time when I'm using the bathroom. I can find more money in a parking lot than this game gives away. Hopefully their ad revenue will dwindle with enough 1 stars review.. I might just un install today! Thank you for all the 1 star reviews, this game finally gets SHUT DOWN.

Yeah. I've now been using this app for years. No cash. Takes forever to get bigger gift cards. There is no way for me to get crowns&move to the next level. 1app that won't download. No email. No spinner. The smaller gift cards never replaced. Only 3to choose from. Fix your mess. I just want a gc& you can go jump in a lake. No update. No place to contact.

Very unfair! I was saving my tokens for something special. Now all gift cards have been taken away except for a $5 Amazon gift card or a magazine subscription! I have over400,000 points and haven been able to get a gift card in a long time. you owe the people that have been with you the courtesy of gift cards to choose from and have them available. Shame on you. 😞

I understand an app shutting down for whatever reason, it happens. But not allowing a user to redeem their earned rewards is theft, plain and simple. I had enough tokens for at least $45 worth of Amazon gift cards, but I only get a $5 gift card as a parting gift? Blatantly stole 40 bucks from me,not to mention all the time and energy I put into playing. Worst.Download.Ever.

As soon as I have enough to get a gift card, it becomes unavailable. Only Amazon, Dunkin donuts and magazine subscription. Use to have restaurants and Walmart, but those went away with the challenges and the wheel of tokens. Pointless crowns making you pay more. Never getting this app ever again.

I'm uninstalling, You are ending Lucktastic. My experience has been a boring waste of my time. I saved enough for a $100 Amazon gift card...never in stock. Decided to use my earnings on $5. Amazon cards....Nope Ending...able to get 1 only because they too all my other earnings for a ending contest. Boooo on this App

I spent months building up over 240000 tokens. Today I log in and get a notice that the app is being closed down, go to see if I can still redeem my tokens, find out the tokens that were worth nearly $100 Amazon gift card can now only be used for a $5 Amazon gift card and the rest of my tokens are being converted into contest entries. It would have been nice to have some notice to use my tokens on the prize I wanted.
