READ BEFORE DOWNLOADING!! I've played many scratchers and actually liked this one until it came time to redeem a gift card. You put in your email address and phone number to verify, and they're supposed to send you a code. It doesn't work. Tried multiple times. Changed notification settings to see if it would work. It didn't. Emailed support and no answer. Seriously do not install this game. At least other games will let you redeem. This is a total waste of time and you'll wish you had it back.

I have emailed the Help desk 4 times to assist with redeeming my points, all along until recently continuing to play and watch the plentiful number of ads, and ZERO RESPONSE from them. This is a joke and there are no issues with dumping ad after ad, however when the customer needs assistance they are peaced out just like the app no longer on my phone. DO NOT waste your time.

This app doesn't allow u to cash out anything its a scam,report a problem they do nothing but tell u to play more the rewards are always there because u can,t collect anything. It's an absolutely waste of time after multiple attempts of trying to collect and report the problem to them I give up it's not worth my time. Something needs to be done.Deleted it 3_8 20 its totally garbage a waste of time

Boredom leads me to download these type of apps. I'm glad I was bored the day I found this. Lots of scratching and spinning and Winning. Commercials as usual but surprisingly not so many. Even then, I can do my work while a commercial plays, scratch more tickets, work through commercial.... Repeat. Have won enough to buy Christmas specials on all my other games, now I'm happy with them too. I highly reccomend, if anything, just for something fun in the background while you're doing other work.

It's fake don't waste ur time every time u do the it will slow down when it gets to the money then it goes to the coins. Don't download. In the commercial they make it seems u can get easy win. That's false advertising. They control the spin they don't want to win. All these win money apps are fake.

Part 1.I can't find instructions on how to get the Amazon account set up to get redeem the "diamond gems". I'got no help from emails but found out from a review. Since I've been stuck on not winning enough actual money (coins) to be able to cash in, I'd like to at least be able to redeem the diamonds for an Amazon card but need an account that isnt explained how to get. PART 2. I submitted for a reward over a month ago. It's now 3/28. No reward given after submitting the code. SCAM!!!!!

It Is really easy to gain the coins needed for Amazon Gift Cards, however even After you figure out how to get a verification code you are not going to get your reward. I have been waiting a month for the app to send my gift card. When I look, it says waiting. WORST app of its kind for getting rewards. They WILL NOT pay even after you claim your reward. I am deleting the app, because I have waited over a month for a $10 Amazon Gift card.

Had trouble redeeming the diamonds. I played for 2 month and had enough to redeem for an amazon card. I put the info in and no verification code. I tried several times. Still no verification code. I contacted them and the response was it maybe the way you download the app. It may not allow you to redeem token or coins. I was basically out of luck. I can't redeem anything. They can't even help me.

Garbage. You can "cash out" when you reach $10. Shocker that I've been stuck on $9.75 for over a month. Can't redeem diamonds because when you try, nothing happens. They do get your phone number to send spam text. Deleted the app. Please don't waste your time.

I will change my rating if they will have courtesy to answer emails. I have been trying to cash in for Amazon gift card it will not take my information to send me verification code to get it. I have lost count of emails I have sent have not heard anything from them. Why would Google play let them advertise when they don't do what they say.

THIS GAME IS A FRAUD!!!! Can't cash out your diamonds for gift card. I've tried yesterday and again today. It lets you get to the request page but will not send you the verification code to submit it. I will no longer be playing this game!!!! Update, tried again today, same issue and still no response from email. I am now uninstalling!!

This game is a fraud. I got enough diamonds to cash out for $5.00, put in my info, Amazon account and phone number. The send code button never light up. They make money for the ads you watch but then they don't pay out. Sent an email, no response. There are other games out there that actually pay.

Was very optimistic going in but after a while I became discouraged because I was getting more diamonds than money. But after further investigation I became more enthralled in the infomercials than the game. I knew I would have to continue playing the game to get more infomercials. So I rated 5 stars for the info. I would not recommend that anyone play this game during this festive time of year. JUST SAYING......

WARNING!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME, if you expect to receive rewards..you won't!! After months of play, figuring out how to get verification code (begin your 10 digit phone # with a 0 first) my claims for two Amazon cards were put into WAITING status with a statement saying it would take 10 business days to process..it's been at least twice that..attempts to contact support go unanswered..have begun to contact Amazon, PayPal, other advertisers on this site, the FCC and the BBB to shut this down

I am still waiting on two Amazon gift cards since February. This app is a joke. It took me a month to get verification code to trade in coins for Amazon gift cards. Now been waiting almost a month for two 5.00 cards. Have contacted customer service they will not respond back. I sent photos to them showing transactions waiting. Don't waste your time. Google should be ashamed for letting them advertise this fraud. If and when I hear from them I will rate again.

Just like all the other scratchers. Want you to rate them without trying. Once trying you get to scratch between 3 and 6vcards before an ad to get 3cto 6 more cards. Then you have to wait hour/s before you do it again. Very little cash. Not like demo add at all.

I had to read the reviews to figure out my amazon account is my email and that to get the verification code, you had to put a 0 in and then your phone number (without the 1). I redeemed my first reward on Jan. 29th, my 2nd reward on Feb. 18th, and my 3rd on Mar. 3rd. Never received any of them and I've emailed so many times with no response back. Don't waste your time. Deleted this scam (app), I hope they get shut down!

The ad is a total lie cause I only have $1.85 and I have downloaded it yesterday and they give you more diamonds then coins. And there are so many ads. And they only give you 10 cards in the beginning and then after just 3 cards there is a ad and then you have to wait for like 6-8 hours for more cards. Very disappointed

Only the creators of the app are winners because we have to play forever to winner. Plus watch a thousand ads. Making my new phone freeze. Been playing almost 5 months $8.25. I can't believe I felll for the okie dokie. Waste of my time.

Can any one tell me where the Redeem button is located? I have contacted support several times but to no avail. Thanks Well I guess support of this app doesn't respond to questions here either. Guess I'll cut my losses and discard this game. Appears it's just a waste of time!

I have never been able to open the app. It quickly loads to 100%, but it never goes past the jumping coin. I'm about to delete this app.

I gave this game a fair chance. Figured out how to finally get my code . However, I have waited a month for my first $5.00 Amazon card. No card, no answer to my several emails. Game is totally bogus which is a shame because the diamonds add up quickly. Anyway I'm deleting the game. If the $5.00 amazon card ever comes I will let you know.

I have 2 Amazon gift cards dated 2/20 and 3/2 listed as still "waiting"on their status board.. don't know waiting for what, have sent 4 or 5 emails , they've reponded back with what is my amazon addr, then an email from Paypal wanting to know my infor...i do not want Paypal...just wish they'd get their act together...definitely not happy!! 3/30 Still have not received the gift cards ,so you people should go to hades...am deleting the game...no damn good reason to keep it!!

Just like all the other scratch off games they really want you to download this to run the ads and they get paid so pretty much the false advertise and say oh you can win but it doesn't happen. They get paid for us downloading and watching the ads.

Not really any good. Honestly all you do in this is loose gems or diamonds or whatever they're called, use them on the wheel and you either loose 1,000-3,000 tokens or you get 4,000 back which is what you put in to spin. Its maybe been 4,500 gems three times, feels rigged as hell. Use them on the other game? No point same deal but this time you loose 2,000 gems or 3,500. YIPPY! If they could fix it then that would be great. As is it's not even close to the ads.

This app like several others I have played is a total and complete scam. It is rigged to not pay out. If you wish to watch endless ads and never receive a dime this is one that will not let you down.

Youll never win anything big like on the videos it shows to download the app. Its just a way to cram all these adds down your throat. Dont waste your time or space on your phone... On any of these bs apps

GARBAGE plain and simple. Unable to redeem and no response from support team. Google please I ask you again to get rid of these people who don't keep their commitments, they need to be screened and prohibited from running any apps there after. So in conclusion don't waist your time.

WARNING THIS IS A SCAM WARNING DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME. Itwas ok to play. When i went to claim my diamond reward it never sent me a verification code. I emailed never heard back. They have 24 hour to fix if not google play will be informed of it being a fake They never got back to me. As of 1/10/20 nothing at all. So take my advice it is a fake B S app.
