Update 2-2-22, FB login corrected, can log on now, having to reinstall to play since I had quit, started back at level 1, minimum coins, like that new slots were opened to play in high lounge area only reason I restarted to play, but with one exception, need lots of $$$$$ to play that area, no luck on winnings so far and I Never use real cash it's not that deep, lol.

Enjoy playing this game but when I transferred all my data to a new Samsung Galaxy S5e, I had just purchased 1,500,000 tokens and was on level 77; when the transfer was complete, all I had was 11,000 tokens and was on level 35. What happened? I need you to make this right. I don't have money to throw away like this. Please give me my tokens and my level back. I know you can look back and see what I have been doing. Can no longer log into fb and spin button is not working again. WHY?This app has been working well the last few months with no issues. This is my absolute favorite app. I have not been able to play this past week. I can collect my points every day but it will not let me play at all. Once I click to spin the app just locks up. Hoping it gets fixed again.

Can't purchase coin pack more than once. I have tried several times to purchase a coin package but it say I already own it. This is one of the reasons I stopped playing this game before.

A waste of time. Half the time you can't connect to the game because of their servers. Not to mention all your daily bonuses start over and then all the levels you complete are gone and set back to level one. So don't waste your time downloading this app. Oh yeah you dont get a response half the time when you report an issue with the app

Played for about five days and then I couldn't open the game back up. Got all those points and couldn't play anymore. Love the game, just can't open it up fix the problem soon. Lucky duck went out again. Can't open the slot. I love the lucky duck slot but it keeps getting disconnected, help please.

This is an enjoyable game, but there are periodic problems with it. At this point in time we cannot open the game. It keeps flashing something about the server, then retry and or quit. There is no problem with the server. Please fix the game.

THIS GAME IS A CHEAT!! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!! It is now October and there are still issues. App won't let you login through FACEBOOK so none of your progress is available. It starts you back at level one. And you lose ALL of your progress. This is the fourth time this has happened. There must be some other way to save your progress without FB.

They finally updated and fixed the stability problems! It is back in action!!!

Spin button locked for weeks. Have contacted Support several times, Big Frog and Google Play. No response from anyone. What is going on? Spin button was fixed as soon as this post was made...thank you. Now, for days/weeks, the community board is showing 0 coins. I have sent emails again to support and Big Frog. Again, no response. I feel that myself, as well as other loyal customers ( having same issue) need to be compensated. Over the years I have spent much playing Lucky Duck Slots. Thank you

Really like the game however the connection issues are awful. The game stopped working and it took many months for it to work again when it finally did it worked for almost a month. Would have gave it more stars but changing to only one.

I Love your games. But loose the connection all the time!!! Have tried 5 times to reinstall but still does not connect!!! Please fix , the games are great have been playing for years in the arcades here in Fl . Now would like to play all the time on my devices.

Has errors more than it works. Always a server error and I have the same issue on multiple devices. Contacting support is a joke. They blamed my device although it occurs on multiple devices and multiple networks.

the game is great, but there are too many glitches in it and it takes your coins whenever it glitches or freezes up, and I don't think that's very good business I love the game but it took everything I had and started me from the beginning and I had just bought coins on my Visa card and I want my money back or my coins back on my game

Yesterday i purchased 600,000 coins for 9.99 plus tax. The money was taken off my card and the coins were never added to my account. I have sent more than one email from my gmail and have not received my money back. Now i cannot purchase that item anymore. Please return my money. I have been playing this game for years and now i have to purchase what you allow not what i have the funds form and now you take my money and will not respond to me.

I installed over a year ago and decided to try again. Server stops responding a ton and crashes game but still an issue. I thought it would have been fixed.

The last time this app was updated was in 2016....and this app is horrible. It never lets you login and when you are playing it kicks you out and gives you that no connection error....does anyone work on this app anymore???

WAY TO MANY NOTIFICATIONS!!!!! I get about 5-7 each hour and no way of turning them off. i usually get the idea after at least 2 but not 5-7 PER HOUR. I love the games but not to the point of irritation!!!!! There is such a point of cut off. I've reached mine. IM DELETING

Some time it will play, but other times it just buffers allot. I love playing the game . please try and fix the buffering. Then the rating will go up.
