Lucky Level: Scratch Cards & Lotto Games

The graphics are cute and you can pick from a selection of color themes. The controls are very easy to use. The game experience isn't that great because theres an enormous amount of ads; more ads than other similar games include. In the beginning, I won 1 dollar, pressed the button to double the amount then the ad froze so there was nothing earned. I never won any cash since. It takes an obscene amount of time to earn enough coins to cash out for a 5 $ gift card. I'm uninstalling.

Not a bad little app. I like how it's organized. Unlike other scratch games, ads don't pop up before or after every card, and when they do, the app w/usually ask for permission to play an ad in order to open another card. The only thing so far is that I wouldn't personally rely on it to make easy cash. (To break $10 min, I've figured that it can usually take many months....at least.) Edit: 😊 Forgot to mention, customer service via email was fast and very useful. Oscar w/really nice & outgoing!!

I never got past the intial opening screen to test the app out. I emailed support to try to get the bug fixed a couple times, including attached screenshots of the issue I was dealing with, but it did not get corrected. I have yet to see many positive reviews for this, so I will probably delete the app. Overall graphics on the home screen looked cute, but the button I needed to click on in order to unlock my first scratch card was non- responsive. Disappointing. One star.

I've been playing this since the beginning of March. While we were heading to quarantine or lockdown or stay at home order, I noticed a reduction of ads that made it difficult to play some scratches. The ads seemed to be coming back in the last couple weeks, but it gets annoying in the last couple days. I get the idea of catching up of ads lost of time or revenue, but putting ads while the app is loading is a good way of pissing off or alienating your users. For some, ads already a waste of time having to wait to play next scratch. Now, we have to wait for 2 to 3 ads while the app is loading. There is no clear direction or idea of when users are supposed to wait for an ad to load when "We need a moment to cue up the next windown". Is it forever? Is it few minutes? In either case, I just exit and load the app. Now, with more ads placed at the loading, the message of cueing up comes up multiple times like it is trying to make up for multiple loss of ads in the past. Take it easy on the ads. I don't believe you're going to get richer anytime soon by hogging the ads as much as possible. If you can, try to shorten the loading of the app. Try to see if you can make the advertisers to shorten their ads. Can we see more 10 to 15 seconds ads, instead of 30 seconds ad plus? Adding to more annoyance, when an ad doesn't load up right away because of the cue up message, the ads seem to be wasted at the loading of the app and in between the queu up message.

I have played this game for almost 2 months. The graphics are good and not complicated moving around. I have completed a 5.00 gift card. However, there is some bugs in the app that prevented 2 big token wins for me. Twice so far i had 2 numbers on the lotto correct for 1 mill tokens each and they didn't get applied to the account. Since last update there are more ads to watch. This is a relatively new app and some bugs need to be worked out. I am going to stop playing this game until later.

It's super easy to use this app while I sit on hold at work, or while I'm watching TV... When it actually loads. Lately, I've had to leave it running for 15-20 minutes before the loading bar even appears. Other times, the loading bar immediately appears, but takes several minutes to begin loading. Many times, the reward videos won't load.

Started out as a lot of fun. Points are easy enough to accumulate, and got $1 right off the bat. But now, instead of doing 2 or 3 scratch offs before you watched an ad, I'm at over 3 million coins (you need at least 11 million to get a gift card), and there is an ad after every scratcher during the day, and only in the evening can you get ads less frequently. Also, with all the coins I've gotten, I've still only got $1 in real money, and the points are mostly smaller than at the beginning. 😣

(First Of All this is my little sister's account.) I just wanted to say this game was horrible. At first I was like oh maybe this might be real, of course it will! I've tried many, many, many, times! It won't work and it makes me so mad. Also when I just got the app a few months ago it was easy and didn't have much ads after awhile it started getting ads that were like 1 MINUTE!!! Its crazy. I know you needs ads but NOT like this. It's such a waste of time.... >:(

Updating this from 1 to 4 stars. When the app is working, this is a great way to pass the time and make a little money. The redemption process is quick and easy (once you complete the requirements to redeem, which is currently by watching 30 ads). The only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars is because a lot of the updates do cause issues with redeeming points and support doesn't seem to respond to my emails. Otherwise, good app.

Used to be good. Started off winning lots of tokens. And you could skip ads. Now, you have to watch a 30 second as just to win 1000 coins. Used to be where you could win 10k coins easily. And there's ads on almost every card. Why spend so much time watching ads for 1000 coins each on a scratcher? Not worth your time. It's a shame cause the app used to be great.

Although Lucky Level requires double the amount of tokens to redeem for giftcards than some similar games, you receive 2-3 times the minimum amount of tokens per game. If you do the math, they add up to a redeemable amount more quickly. There have been quite a few glitches that I've encountered, but their tech team is prompt, polite and very helpful, addressing every issue I've had in a timely manner. Thus far, I've redeemed 2 cards without issue so I do recommend this app.

I've had the app for 30 minutes and it's super slow. I dont know what's wrong with it but the game itself loads super slow when I open it and takes minutes to open, then the videos take about 2 minutes to load. Please fix these bugs. I'd love to play this game but I wont waste my time if it continues to be slow everytime.

There are much better alternatives out there. The tokens hold such little value they're basically worthless (even more so than other free lottos). Winning money is just a carrot on a stick, you're fed a buck up front to hook you, then you'll never see another. There's nothing else to do but scratch (some alternatives have slots, spin tables ect also), load transitions are longer than other lottos, takes longer, and the ads are insane, even by free lotto standards, almost every card, 30 s. I got kicked out of the game when I had about $20 to redeem. One day I ran into technical problems trying to connect, the error messages said that their server was under maintenance. A day later, the error message changed and said that my account was disabled. I have no idea why but suspect the fact that I was using the app "too much" (earning tokens too fast maybe?). I contacted the customer service multiple times with no answer. Very disappointed.

This app glitches nonstop and I can't even get the ads to load to double my tokens. I tried the whole day to use the app and got maybe one card scratched. This is my second time downloading it, I deleted it before with the same issues. Cleared my cache and nothing changed. This app seems full of bugs, nothing on it ever works for me. It's a shame cuz I actually like the scratch cards and graphics, I just won't play it anymore as it always glitches.

Wouldn't WASTE your time doing this app. Totally frustrating. Everytime I open the app, it only allows you to do 2 to 5 scratch offs or spins, if your lucky, because sometimes it's nothing at all. It'll keep telling you that it is wating for a video to cue up or just simply lock up on you and do nothing after you tap a choice. I have NEVER been able to get on and it work properly. Never won real money. The double winnings option locks up also. Useless app!

Got my first gift card. There is a slight problem with getting an ad to play sometimes. But it's definitely one of the best scratch off games around. Good job developers... just please fix the ad problem. (Maybe start by not allowing extra ad views for double coins or something to allow everyone a chance to play).

it takes a while to get the coin to cash out and once you do you have to contact customer service to get your card. Once you do make sure you take screen shots to send with your request. But they do payout.!! Unlike some of the scam apps out there. This one is legit! Yes the ads can get annoying but hey how else are they getting the money to PAYOUT! TRUST ME WORTH THE DOWNLOAD!!!

This app started out strong, it really is possible to earn a lot of tokens very quickly. But, that seems to be the case for all of these kinds of apps. Then after a few weeks, they stop giving you credit for completing offers. Even after you contest it, they refuse to give you credit for following the offers TO THE LETTER. My advice is not to waste time on offers that will take more than a couple days to finish because you probably aren't going to get credit for them.

My husband plays this regularly. I downloaded it a few days ago and while i was just trying to do the scratch cards for now i watched the tokens for the games drop so dramatically. All while the cash out amounts boosted up high. I really wanna try this but even my husband is concidering deleting if it isnt fixed. In his words, it just isnt fun anymore. Ill give 5 stars if fixed. If not ill delete it and try to find another one

Recently, my experience has not been pleasant. I've attempted to redeem my coins for gift cards multiple times, but it always redirects me to customer support, where I don't get responses at all. I previously redeemed a gift card once in the middle of 2020 and that worked fine, but for a month now my tickets have either been getting ignored or going unseen. Either way, at least until the problems that the support team is having are fixed, I do not recommend wasting time on this app.

It used to be s his app. They used to pay. Now for the past few months they are constantly having me to contact customer support. Although I have many things only a few have been answered. They say it is technical difficulty. Today I tried again it said it would be delivered and then it wiped out all my coins. Do not bother it is s waste of time. Total scam. To bad it used to be a good app.

100% legit & one of the BEST scratcher apps out there! Awesome graphics & it doesn't take forever to earn enough points for a reward! They REALLY DO pay & have a good selection of gift cards, I just now redeemed another Visa! You don't win much cash, but points build up fast & you can double them by watching videos. There's a limit on the number of vids though, so don't double winnings under 5000, save those to use on the "Free Tokens" feature instead. Great app Lucky Level, thank you!!! 👍👏👊

Redeemed my first gift card a while back and had no issues. Now I cannot redeem my next one. Keeps saying they are having issues and they are working on it. My first attempt was a week ago. And no response when I emailed them. Update... got a response to my review... to the time to send a follow up email at their request.... then heard nothing... so still a total waste of time

I used to like this app. I only cashed out a couple times, but both times I received my gift card codes within a week. Unfortunately, they seem to be having a problem now. If you try to redeem tokens for a gift card, they tell you to email customer service. When you email customer service, they don't respond at all. EDITED TO ADD: They responded to my review of the app (see below), but after emailing them yet again (multiple times), they STILL don't respond. I still do NOT recommend this app.

The payouts are extremely slow. If their are payouts at all its a microscopic one of a few pennies. To update the app. Ive tried more than several times to update. The update will freeze up for a five minutes the give the mode "Return Late". One of these apps with the Lotto feature. Never awarded the power ball I hit. 11 ball was the power ball at that chosen lotto. Each of these apps should review their program n insure their are no such glitches in their system.

Edit 2: Can get on app now but still can't redeem. Edit: knocked down to 1 star because customer service hasn't gotten back about point redemption and now the app is telling me I need to update it when it's already the newest version. Great app. Easy to earn gift cards. They say it takes 7 business days, but I usually have it in a few minutes. Had the app maybe a week and already earned $35 in gift cards.

Again having redemption issues. The app fixed the problem back in January 2021 and was able to redeem. Now just get the contact customer support.which I did and got a response of I'm using a VPN ..I am not. I'm not playing in the US which I've never been out of. And I've changed my setting which have never changed foe this app. I contacted customer support again to advise and only got a response of clicking was this helpful.

Enjoy the game except when I reached level 82 or so. Suppose to get points at every level increase. It goes through the process but stopped giving me the points. Would give this five stars if the level increase rewards actually are given. One other thing, was alotted $1 when I started but do not see how to get anymore.

If you guys are tired of the app shut it down .how can one spend precious time playing games,watching videos and yet can't redeem rewards? The app is always experiencing technical issues when it comes to payment . It's such a shame and quite fraudulent on your part . If there was a zero star that's what you'll be getting.i contacted customer support for over 2weeks now I've still not redeemed my tokens.
