I had to get a new phone it is sad that my account won't open I email and no one Will reply I have struggled so hard for a long time I had almost enough gems to get my $10 donut card. Why block me from the game .I feel so disappointed. Really like the game is my favorite can someone please reply.

So far so good. It is taking some type to win a decent amount gift card reward but anytime the app updated or gets reinstalled (including switching phones, glitches etc) you lose all your progress. Needs a sign in method to be able to accumulate your earned points

This game is a joke. Blackjack the rules are that the dealer let's you buy insurance when an ace is shown and also the dealer reveals blackjack IMMEDIATELY not allowing players to continue to bet more money. Every time I split the dealer would magically have a blackjack. Also the game freezes and takes whatever coins you have bet and the slots do not follow any sort of rules. They don't pay out and I have had 200 gems since I started playing. Yalls game is terrible.

Some of this app has said coming soon for over a year since I had the first time. Second they really do give gift cards though it took longer than they said it would. Honest I got one though. Over all I like this app. Doesn't rip you off on coins or crystals. Just wish the coming soon part would get here.

Bought a new phone lost 10k with email sign in to fb sign in. Email response was we will look into it. 6 months later nothing. Got to 5k to cash out after all info no submit ugh. Also glitches with sharing achievements so can't earn them. Go play lucky day faster n easier to earn!

Was working great the first few days. Now during startup it says slow connection then disconnects me. Reinstalled and still does it. All my other online apps work fine. Streaming videos is fine. Beats me. Nothing changed on my end. Will uninstall soon. Still have hopes this issue fixes itself.

Very Pleased too see a app created like this and is quite fun and addictive when it doesnt glitch or not give me the credits i earn for achievements and/or for references to friends with my referral code.. it is in much need of a update to fix bugz but love the direction of the application

Love the concept of it all but!!! I hit several plays and received no coins. There is nowhere to contact customer support. When I clicked on the links in the read more section, I was logged out of my account. My thing is I am willing to bet I would not be logged out to make a purchase. Humm. Therefore don't feel the developers are trustworthy.

I have contacted you for the last 4 days now and no results. My account is suspended for no reason. I will not be playing no more as I have not received no response back

I haven't received either of my 2 giftcards. I have submitted tickets no response. Smh. I do like the games dont advertise real gift cards if dont send. May 1 2017 3 giftcard requests that i earned still not 1 received.

the app is fun but made an in app purchase and haven't received my coins :( I submitted a ticket through their support site and received no response they are stealing peoples money do not make in app purchases with this

I would love to give a good review but the game tells me I've unlocked a new slot so I go to "download" (open) it and it says download error Every Time.
