The Lucky Mobile My Account App is available to Lucky Mobile customers.

This app lets you manage your Lucky Mobile services right from your phone. It works on the Lucky Mobile network and on any Wi-Fi network. Using the app does not require data – you do however need data or a Wi-Fi connection to download the app.

What you can do with the app:
• Easily access your services – no username or password required if you are on the Lucky Mobile network

• Register for Automatic Top-Up
• Top-Up your account with a credit card, Visa Debit card or Top-Up Card
• Monitor your usage
• Manage your Add-Ons
• Check your balance and see your payment history
• Reset your voicemail password
And much more

Requirements:
• Must be a Lucky Mobile customer
• Available on Android 6.0 or a more recent OS version

I've been trying for 5 days to change the sim because the other stopped working and I've been unable to receive any support. if the other sim was working why would I need to buy a new one? cant receive the text they send because they are sending it to a sim that doesn't work!

well I have just activated my lucky mobile service and will give a more detailed review after I have had a bit more experience with the service. I can say the plans are quite affordable and hopefully the service owns up to its lucky Name. until next time lucky custies. 🦋🌺🦋

the signal could be a bit better. I notice around the Blue Mountain/Collingwood areas, the signal can be dodgy at best. Other than that, I've been satisfied with the lucky mobile plan and sim card. I would recommend it for sure

Phone service itself is the cheapest I've found. This is why I gave it 2 stars... EVERYTHING ELSE IS GARBAGE. their customer service is a runaround, chat bot won't help unless you log in to the app that YOUR ALREADY LOGGED INTO, calling them gets you no where when they tell you to pick a time for a call back and no time slots are available. They give you data with your plans and some months decide your phone can't physically use the data but will charge you for it anyways... No help at all!!

I never run out of data, have had the same 50 dollar fee for 3 years, this is amazing. I have never had to pay over my sign up amount. Great for those who are tired and or nervous about receiving an unexpected higher phone bill each month. I have had zero issues reaching the farthest Athabasca regions of Saskatchewan as well are rural, great coverage.

It was working fine but a few days ago it started showing "server unavailable "!!!!! I can login from my computer or even from an old iphone using same username password! At first I thought they are upgrading the app but upgrading app doesn’t take longer than a week!!!!!!!!!!

I love using this plan it's definitely better then any others I have use besides the WiFi becoming slow after bonus data down, it's still good to use especially for unlimited calls and text which I love. I recommend using it if you haven't yet worth the pay!

I don't like it that if you have data left at the renewal time it just disappears would that not be considered theft seeing that you paid for that data but still the best one out if you don't want to be stuck in an expensive contract

if you let your plan end even for a short time, the company borders on harassment by sending you up to 20 text reminders a day, most often in bursts of 5+ back to back. literally never seen anything like this before.
