What is going on with this app? It has seriously became absolutely rediculiose. Major issues that seems not to get resolved for the past month. Sure you can send a tech report. ( If ) they response the will give you some free coins to play while they work to resolve the problems. That's all good if the app would stay open long enough to be able to play instead of closing out every few seconds. If you can't fix the problems take it down.

I downloaded this and other ags interactive games on my new phone. It is really slowing during spins. Inset the phone down during a bonus of five free spins because it takes that long to get through five spins. I contacted tech support and they suggested checking the memory on my phone or reinstalling the app. None of which would work.

this was one of the first apps I used 4-5 yrs ago. then it was great, now there is an ad everytime you switch games which is bad enough. now this app stalls or freezes when starting up. ive about had it and unless the problem is fixed i will uninstall. maybe its because i wont buy tokens.

I used to so love this game, played it for years,i have report tó support team that i can no longer open this game on my mobiles and that was 0n 27th of feb. They have ask for a snapshot of the problem but what would a snapshot of just the icon of the game on my menu do. I have given up. Gone to pot.bye ags interactive.

really unhappy with your game. playing bingo and you never get a win, yet same people get it over and over and over again. strange when you play any denomination you have the same players yet they are playing lower denominations than you, yet they win big. What a pathetic waste of money! It lets you win some on the initial free chips. Then, once you lose all that, you have to buy chips. As if it's not bad enough that you have to pay real money for "chips", then they tighten it up where it's harder to win. Those chips you just paid $4.99 for will be gone in no time. Total rip off.

Game freezes up when u hit big just like now trying to play the game keep saying error something went wrong try again it did this once before i uninstalled it for 7 months if u don't fix the game this time i will uninstall it for good

The daily bonus games you receive are almost useless ..you never win the bonus games..it would be nice to win at least once a week ..I have been playythis game for several years now and have only won the daily bonus games maybe 5 times..the wins are not consecutive enough..but all around I do love this website..I just wish it would download on a kindle tablet

constant glitches. i lost over 10 billion coins and scratch cards and tickets. when customer service was contacted, they were no help. they made the case resolved without replying and i got nothing. and so i deleted by the game. the screen freezes quite ofter.

you don't have a chance to play long because the chips given are not enough to play a good bet and stay in the game. you have to wait four hours before another spin only to get maybe 40000 points. it's a free game you don't pay out real money, why be so cheap with the chips?

This used to be a fun game...however, they have "updated" it and now you get bonuses of absolutely nothing. Amazing, huh? UPDATE: This game still doesn't allow you to win much...even when you give up your extra points in order to GET a bonus. Do not download this game!

App is good! I use to get more VIP chips They need to continue that bonus!!! It seems to have been more months ago than it is today!!! The bonus VIP chips were very valuable and I looked forward too!!! Today they don't give as often as they use too!!!!!

This game is okay when it's not Frozen. After reading it's reviews. I see I'm not the only one with this issue. The pay out also is lousy, once you spin and hit, after about 20 losses, it hits a mere 20% of your bet.

So my roommates can play lucky play but I can't even open the game since June 29th. I contacted support. I have even tried uninstall & reinstall but nothing has worked. Tech support s??ks big time!!! So still today 10/9/21 can't open the game. What a joke they tell me to open game & send them player id#. It won't even open to get player id#. If you refuse to fix your game take it down!

Its not a good look for this site how they become upset with a player because they refuse to stop playing a game and answer a survey. You could have just started to play they game within seconds and win a few coins and you are expected to stop playing and respond

While I've had problems playing this game at times the support people are the best, they respond quickly, give you way more credits then you lost, I would recommend this app to anyone, great great support

Have downloaded this app on 3 different devices. It does not work. Won't load. Black screen is all I see.

Game will not let me win and keeps taking my money, the 3.99 package does not work make you wonder if there purposely doing that only to force you to pay for higher price packages. Cant afford it especially during these hard times.
