Like most people on here I've been stuck at $9.95 for a few months now. However the coins add up rather quickly and I've had no problem cashing them in for $5 PayPal. Did it 3 times.That being said I am extremely disappointed that Amazon is apparently the only option for that now. I always used that PayPal for in app purchases in other games. Please bring back the PayPal or at least give us other options

I've played this game since May of 2019. In the beginning the money kept coming, however, when I reached $9.90 the money stopped! I've been at $9.90 for 4 months. I also believe the quizzes are fixed as well. I believe when you pick the boxes at the end of the quiz they're fixed. I believe if you pick the money box correctly....they move it!!! Lots of time invested, which turned out to be a waste of time!

I was only able to cash $5 once, which got reduced to $4.50 although still not bad. I've been playing this game for months, the PayPal card slots are always empty, and every time I keep playing the quiz I feel it's rigged. By simple statistics, I should've at least opened one gift and redeemed at least some cash but no. Every single prize I gain always has tokens, and I've played every day for 5 months. It's mathematically impossible not to have gotten at least one prize with cash.

If you're just beginning to play this app it's fine and you can get Amazon gift cards but as time goes on they don't hold up their end of the deal which is you stop getting your rewards. I've emailed them 3 times already and no response and it looks like I'm not the only person having this issue. Also to get a cash pay out everyone gets stuck at $9.95ish.... and when you play the quiz the prize at the end is set up for you to only receive tokens.

Does every one get stuck at $9.00? I am too and that's crazy. Which I guess that's what happens when we download an app to watch adds. That's basically what it is. Some say it free money, but what good is it if you never get it. I have tried 3 of these same kind of apps and they are all the same. it's really not worth the time, unless you have the time to set and watch adds all day. The bad part is it adds of trying out other game apps. But how can you try them out if you have you storage tied up

I love this app. I cashed out multiple times, but was saving my tokens for a larger prize. Now for some reason a few days ago it logged me out and I can't get back in. The gift cards were changed and the lower amounts are never available anymore and are not refilled every day like it says. I hadn't tried to contact support, but it sounds as if others aren't getting a response anyway. I really really liked this game and wish it would get back to normal.

At first, I was winning small amounts of money regularly but now that I'm getting close to the $10 cashout amount my winnings have drastically slowed down. I've also played the Spin & Win wheel in this app a lot - it seems to be rigged to never hit $5 or $100. I've won .50 & .10 a few times but had to spin a lot to get those (at 4,000 tokens each spin). It is a fun game though. I'll update my review if/when I reach the $10 Paypal cashout & only if I actually receive the money.

I really LIKED the app, until it came time to pay out. I'd accumulated over 10 million tokens & wanted to redeem the $10 Amazon gift card. They sent an email saying it would take 7 business days to process the request; That was August 15th. I've sent multiple emails to their support team & haven't received a response. Furthermore, in the beginning the app allowed me to accumulate coins (that can be redeemed for PayPal money) very quickly. Cash out is @ $10; I've been @ $9.90 for several months.

I have been at $9.90 forever. Worse of all, when I bought a new phone, the ap would not give me the $29 worth of points accumulated. It would only let me sign in as a new customer with zero balance! So I lost nearly $40. I was able to sign in to all of my other apps without this problem. Now it is a month later and I requested Amazon cards twice to no avail. They do not pay out and they never responded to my inquiries. Stay away from this ap. It is a scam!! Richard V Crane

The app is fun to play, and I loved it when I first started. However, now the app is not paying out for rewards. I emailed the support team twice about this and received two responses written in Mandarin. After using a translation app, I was able to read that the support team inbox for this app is full and no new emails are being received. Very disappointing. App used to be great, now it's just not. Essentially a waste of time.

This used to be a great app. I redeemed tokens for reward cards several times. However, I haven't been able to for several months now. When I sent an email regarding the issue, I received a response to try at a different time of the day as they are replenished daily. I tried 11 times in one day and it still didn't work. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app to no avail. Now when I try to contact you, the response is either in Chinese or I get a notification that it is undeliverable.

I used to love this app. I have never gotten enough to cash out (been stuck at 9.95 for a year) but I used to at least get enough tokens every few weeks to get a $10 Amazon gift card. Now I have 2 pending transactions that have been sitting in the pending status for almost a month and no response from customer service. I used to get my gift cards almost immediately when I redeemed tokens. Now I would give this app negative stars if Google allowed it.

Tokens about the only way to get rewards. Been sitting at $9.75 for a few months now. Got to that point quick then cash rewards stopped completely. On the other hand using Tokens, I have been successful to collect some gift cards, just takes quite some time. Not really complaining about the number of ads being that's how you guys are able to make money to give out, but the amount of times it says videos aren't ready to watch seems to be more and more frequent.

I've had this app for about 9 months at this point, and have been sitting at $9.25 for about half of that time and you need $10 to cash out. Winning tons of tokens is no problem, the problem is the tokens dont do anything except help you raffle for big money rewards, but even then it's almost impossible to win against all others. There are, in my opinion, also way too many ads between scratch offs. Overall good app its fun, just kinda let down that nothings happened in so many months.

Very disappointing. When I first started playing I had no issues redeeming my rewards. But after a while my rewards stayed in a pending status. I have 2 pending rewards for over a month. I tried to contact customer service on numerous occasions via email and they never responded...I feel like its a waste of time after your first few redeemed rewards

The chances of winning money seem to be very low (been stuck at $9.95 for about 2 weeks now) but tokens are easily accumulated. I only waited a little over a week after cashing out my tokens before I received the money. So to me this is great. I get to gamble for free and I also collect tokens to cash out. I docked a star because of the very low chances of winning even small amounts and the difficulty of loading videos for scratchers and the wheel. But overall a great app.

Changing my review...redeemed 3 cards Dec 11 and it's been nearly a month with no cards and no response after sending 2 emails, as it tells you to do if an issue. Used to be my favorite scratcher game...not sure I would reccomend it anymore. Great app for gift cards if you like playing scratcher games I just redeemed two cards and while it said a week, I received in two days. I had zero issues redeeming, unlike some other apps that make you do more tasks for reward.

lets start with a few things. its seems like with every update the more issues it has.. its alot of ads back to back especially when doing a scratch off then after you finish with the scratch card there's another ad.. you cant even play the game anymore without being interrupted from the fabricated ads.

Barely winning isn't the issue anymore. I get close to the minimum cash out balance and now I can't even get into the app because its saying no internet connection yet all of my other apps work just fine. If I do manage to get in I can't play the lucky wheel because it freezes and I never get my tokens. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app I've cleared my phone cache and its still not working. Whatever you broke in your last update you need to fix it

I've been emailing the developers for several months now because the system requires a confirmation via text in order to redeem tokens. My number changed several months ago and even though I've provided all the required information the developers won't update my number therefore all they're doing is getting paid for people to watch ads and never paying out. I've been playing for almost 2 yrs and been stuck at $9.95 for well over a year. THIS GAME AND THE DEVELOPERS ARE A COMPLETE SCAM!!!!

I used to like this app until they updated it. Now it takes a ridiculous amount of tokens to get anything, and it is extremely glitchy. I don't mind watching ads if I can get more tokens, but it takes several tries to get them to load if they will load at all. Not worth the time and effort, when there are so many apps to choose from.

Same as the other lotto apps, get a few dollars on the first week but the luck ends just before cash out. The wheel game was a good way to get more tokens until they updated it for the worse. Cashed out 2 dollars but got 1.67 after a fee. That was yesterday, my complaint is that a few hours later, I got an update and the app will not open. Guess I'm cut off. Would have rated three if that didnt happen Better than lucktastic, but lotto games in general are not a good way for extra cash.

I liked this game. Thanks guys. Hoping to win very soon. Update: Does pay out but had to wait about 8 days to hear from them. Update: This app isn't anything like it used to be. I can no longer recommend. The last 2 times I tried to redeem I had issues. The last one I tried was back in mid November and here it is January 2020. The only reply you get is an email in Chinese or something. They refuse to pay out so don't waste your time.

I loved this app at first. I would have given it more than 5 stars, but now I'm not so sure. I was able to cash out with $10 in PayPal once then I received a few Amazon giftcards, but recently I cashed out for a $10 Amazon giftcard and have not received anything since September and it is only supposed to take 7 days. It takes quite a long time to get to 10mil tokens and then to finally achieve it to cash out and get nothing is very disappointing. I emailed support 4 times and no answer :(

absolutely the best game so far! the only thing i DON'T like is, you can do surveys and offers but never see your credits.Hopefully they'll give me what's due. It also take forever to get $10, I've been stuck on $9.90 for months. Not only have I been stuck on the above amount for ever. I haven't been rewarded for my last payout in November, it's Dec and nothing still. Then I can't find this app on Facebook anymore and to be honest I truly had no issues really. Reported to Facebook.

I used to like this App & one of my favorite coz it was fun & addicting but then, when i redeemed 2 of the $10 Amazon gift cards, I didn't get my rewards. UPDATE: It's been like 2 months & a half now, I still didn't get my Amazon rewards. Tired of waiting. I might just delete this app. It's so frustrating & a complete waste of time at all, u didn't get anything after all.

Oct 28. I've cashed in twice in the last 2 months and received nothing. Emailed twice and no response. Wish there was a negative star option. Nov 2. If I add a negative review every day, will that get me a response? I honestly enjoyed this app in the past but to all of a sudden stop paying out, and to completely ignore my attempts to contact is not right.
