To get one token out of the base, players must get the number 6 in advance from the dice shuffle. If you already get number 6, then the player can take out his token from headquarters and start walking to the finish line
The token that you have can be used to return the enemy token back to its base. The trick, the token must be able to get the same position as the enemy token. When that happens, the enemy token will automatically return to its base and become a big loss because they have to wait for the number 6 again to get out.
