The app crashes so much/doesn't work for anything outside the happy path. Here's something that's been broken for me for 6+ months: - attaching and removing photos from a lugg request - checking details on past luggs - referrals (you can send them, but can't redeem them) This app crashes a lot, but the service in the real world is pretty solid. I've ordered 5 XL luggs and they were nice, helpful, capable and well paced. I'll continue to order luggs but I'd like to see the bugs fixed.

I picked the pickup truck and two movers option to move an oversized mirror that I bought on Craigslist. I had to cancel once, which is incredibly easy to do. I ordered it again when it got confirmed, and the movers were prepared and professional. I had to text them and it was easy enough to do on the app. Good experience!

I just paid for this service to help us move a couch from the store to our home and I got the text saying to download the app so we can contact our movers but we are unable to even open the app! It stays on the loading screen and I've been unable to even access it. We got the confirmation text that our mover is on his way but I'm anxious since we can't keep in contact with him. I'll update later if/when our service is complete!

Happy with my experience moving a recliner from the store to my apartment. They were a little late picking it up but I was notified of delay and ETAs in a timely manner., which I appreciated. Everything went smoothly, I got a flat rate for 3 miles, and had a very pleasant and friendly mover. Will definitely use again. I highly recommend them.

It did not seem like their movers were experienced or careful. They significantly scratched an expensive piece of new furniture I had just purchased while in transit. While carrying it into my apartment, the movers gripped this heavy piece of furniture upside down by its legs and not its base, a technique I have not seen other moving companies ever use. This might be a quick and relatively cost-effective option for more durable items, but will not use them again for anything nice or expensive.

This pricing is extremely misleading. I was told that a service was $30 but I was charged $50. You can only realize that after reading their FAQs, that are easily accessible only on their follow up email.

Really bad experience on the Pixel 2. I worked initially when I installed it and requested a move, but now the app NEVER opens. It just hangs on the splash loading screen. Now I'm not sure what the plan is for my move.

They could not deliver the item to my living room due to weight limitations and asked me to pay for an additional crew. That was not communicated in the beginning. I refused to pay for additional crew and they took the item back to store without reimbursing me as promised for not delivered item. Do not use their service if you do not want to be charged for non existent service. There is no phone with customer service. Only email. Bad, bad, bad company and bad, bad, bad service! The app shows multiple possible pickup times, with some grayed out and the rest selectable. One would think that means the selectable ones are available, but no matter what time you pick it's "this time isn't available. Please pick another one"

Booked a van ~3 weeks in advance for the big move in day of the year, hoping to beat the booking rush. Was informed about an hour before the scheduled pickup time that a van was unavailable and that a pickup truck would be provided for free and with as many trips as needed. Six and half hours later, no show, no communication with customer support, left stranded with our apartment belongings in the rain. Beware

DO NOT USE LUGG! App is alright but the service is completely unprofessional. I was confirmed for a time slot of 4-5pm and did not receive any notification that I had been assigned a lugger until 6:20pm. And they ultimately did not arrive until 7:30pm. The worst part of all is there is no way to contact a live person until you are assigned a lugger meaning you have to send an email and hope they get back to you (which they didn't) so I was just hoping someone would show up between 4 and 6:20.

Asked for a pick-up truck and one guy to move a queen bed frame and something got mixed up and I got a vehicle that wouldn't fit the frame. This meant that it took significantly longer because we needed to disassemble and reassemble the frame. Reached out to support and they were happy to refund me for the extra time spent due to the wrong vehicle being sent.

If i could rate the service, I'd give it five stars. However, the app is 4 star. Unlike rideshare services like Uber or Lyft, the user isnt notified that a Lugg crew has accepted the request. So you end up waiting around and hoping that the crew arrives within the specified time. In our case, the crew was a few minutes late. But we were so relieved that they showed up, it didnt matter. Our Lugg pair was polite, respectful, and delivered our parcels without issue. We will definitely use them again

Lugg is not forthright with their charges upfront. After you complete their guided app it shows a fee of 42.00 plus 1.68 additional min. In my case I was charged $200.00 for the removal of 2 recliners. I should have been informed that the fee would possibly be hundreds of dollars! Lugg did credit me $30.00, but that's not enough. I feel I was ripped off! They take advantage of consumers to make a decision of getting rid of their items. There are other free alternatives to remove your items

Yes there is absolutely no telephone number and email support lags by hours. My experience got much worse though: - the lead mover purposely took (stole?) a delivered item. - the lead mover seemed to have brought a homeless person as his 2nd. He needed rests (only 3 items were moved) and i had to ask him to get something vs standing around. - this got very expensive as they took 1 hour of labor to bring 3 items from their truck to the house (40 foot distance). - delivery time started 10min earl

Looks like this app isn't even close to finished??!! I put in a pickup address and hit continue and it says "we're sorry but we haven't expanded that far yet"?? What does that mean?? They advertised this as an app that gets you help moving things you buy from local marketplace apps! So why can it not handle entering a residential address??

Hired movers and they were very friendly. Unfortunately, one if them broke a window and dented the walls in my old apartment. Lugg very quickly and painlessly reimbursed me for the window repair and the wall dents ans I didnt feelvlike they wwre trying to swindle me. They had great customer service. I would recommend them for smaller moves and hire professionals for bigger moves.

* their largest van is pretty small * even though I ordered a "1 bedroom move" they couldn't fit everything from my 1 bedroom apartment in one van and refused to drive back for another load * I was advised by the support to order another crew, which doubled the cost of my move. fortunately a crew was available but if they weren't I would have been left on ice * overall movers off craigslist can do the same work cheaper, with a larger car and in a more flexible manner - not sure what value Lugg adds on top of that

What happened to Lugg? I used them before and had the best experiences - then. Now: Lugg didn't come through. Although the say one hour arrival, Lug quoted two hours. Not a big deal - if they showed up. They didn't. No updates. No way to contact anyone at Lugg by voice. No way to contact the Luggers. I was just left stranded. Thankfully, another service was able to come to my rescue but it's just so disappointing that what was a great service looks like it's sliding downhill.

I hate this app because they try to be cute and override the text input fields to hide the cursor so you can't tell which fields accept input or have focus, and I would give them negative 50 stars for disabling paste on the inputs because they hate their users If you enter a card on their website then try to schedule service, it shows the card under Payment methods but then asks for payment at the end, after you've already entered all details. Piece of junk

As a driver for lugg, live support is very rude and unhelpful, also unwilling to help customers. They leve us facing customers without support, if anyone complaint we get kick out of the app in retaliation for trivial reasons. They also intentionally leave no names when texting us so it is hard to know how is negligent to expose and correct. I like the idea of this app and hate to see the company fallen because of some correctable mistakes.

Completely inexperienced movers with none of the equipment they needed to move the couch despite knowing the size ahead of time. They dropped my white sofa on the ground multiple times leaving scratches, tears, and dirt marks all over it. One of the movers fell over multiple times too. Thoroughly dissapointed in this service. Lugg please treat your movers better, train them on proper moving form and give them the right equipment or at the very least require that they bring their own.

Their delivery people never showed up. Seems like they are being greedy middlen without providing any support. Use a better app! They ask for personal information they are not legally allowed to collect when buying furniture. Complaint submitted to Visanet and Google. STAY AWAY.

I bought furniture and needed it delivered. it was the first time using the app. Our delivery guy was great! Prompt, friendly and super helpful! I'll be using the app again.
