With the key app of the Lucerne Cantonal Bank you confirm your login or your payments quickly and safely.
With internet connection ...
If you always have a mobile internet connection on your smartphone, you can use the "PushTAN" procedure. You will receive a confirmation push message upon login.
... and also without internet connection
As an offline version, you can use the "PhotoTAN" key app. The login and transaction confirmation data are coded in a colored mosaic. This must be photographed with the app and entered the decrypted security code.
LOGIN TO E-BANKING
1. Open the login page on the PC
2. Enter contract number and personal password
3. Click Login
4. Open the push message on the smartphone and confirm the login
LOGIN TO THE E-BANKING APP (App-to-App)
1. Open e-banking app
2. Enter contract number and personal password
3. Click Login
4. The key app opens automatically. Confirm the login in it.
SECURITY
The app meets the highest security standards and transmits data only via encrypted channels. The device protection protects the app against unauthorized access - even if the smartphone is lost. For security reasons, the app can not be used with rooted devices.
NOTE
Customers are converted in tranches to the new login procedure. An immediate changeover can be carried out by any e-banking customer himself. The instructions can be found under lukb.ch/loginverfahren
