I have had issues with opening the app the past week. When I have contacted them by email they tell me to go to manage all access pass and when I do it still tells me that I have to pay to view it and the app just buffers. I am paid up until March 2021. I am getting frustrated with it right now. I see that I am not the only one having trouble opening the app without them wanting me to pay again. Please fix this.. please! I have had Luke's app since he started it and I have never had this problem
I love the app. At the beginning, Luke did livestreams exclusive on the app and i enjoyed them so much. I wish he would do some more of those. He did one driving around the farm, driving to the award show, on the red carpet, and in the dressing rooms. Those personal looks were so special and i would love to see more of those.
I have paid before and i cant login its a damn rip off most fan clubs dont charge for talking other fans
i cant pay for this app. but its a shame Luke asks fans to do this! You should mention you have to sign up to pay monthly or yearly in order to try to win concert tickets...not cool...or fair for those that cant and no guarantee to win. anyone can purchase your tickets elsewhere without spending money yearly on a APP. .. WHY LUKE??
Do you have to pay for this app? Bc I'm reading in some places that this IS a SUBSCRIPTION APP BUT NOwhere did i see a COST/PRICE for this app. I see it says, "In App purchases" but that just means that there are certain things within the app that might cost money, NOT that installing the app itself costs money. So does it cost money to install the app? And how IF so, how do I find out if I was charged bc NOTHING came up to show that I would be charged when I installed this app?
I've been using this app since the beginning but since the last update, I can't view the app without paying for it. I thought the app is suppose to be free and the app fee is for extra app features? I still get posting notifications from the app but sadly I can't view them.
Downloaded it than uninstalled when i have to pay a monthly fee to use his app. Rip off he makes enough without this bad move! I'd give it zero stars if i could!

OK SINCE IVE PAID MY YEARLY FOR BOTH APPS I STILL CAN NOT C ANYTHING FOR LIVE STREAMS OR ANYTHING. I JUST UNINSTALLED IT & REINSTALLED IT. STIL DOES NOT WORK TELLS ME TO GO TO MY ACCOUNT SETTINGS....I DONT EVEN C ACCT SETTINGS.
It was ok untill i had too pay$ twice and could not get in the app .contine twice and pay twice app would not open so .i quit and uninstall
The app was ok. Too many random posts that have nothing to do with Luke Bryan or his music. How do you unsubscribe from this app? I can not figure it out.

You have to pay for a monthly subscription to use this app?! I don't get why.... Why not have free sections and premium sections? This leaves a sour taste in my mouth.
Why do they need to charge for a stupid app. Barely any live streams besides it's an app not a person to person. Very VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH LUKE BTUANS
I was ok downloading this app until it says I have to pay. Then I uninstalled it. Not sure why celebrities or musicians that are already making millions have to charge fees like this!

I think it's dumb you have to pay to even enter the app. I don't think it should all be free, no, but have people pay for the live streams of they want to see it. Don't just charge up front. That's not fair to the fans who can't afford a monthly subscription and I know Luke Bryan would agree because he's all about his family and his fans. I think this should be changed for Luke.

You have to pay to use this app. Uninstalled. I lobe luke bryan hes amazing but i dont wanna pay for an app that i dont know what it is.
I pay the monthly fee and for the past week I haven't been able to log in, I keep getting kicked out. I get notifications but when I try to view them the app crashes. Then when there is a live stream it crashes also. Kinda getting disappointed here.
