now I'm unable to gain loyalty points, whenever I scan the bill it will always stay in the pending section even tho it has been almost a week since I last uploaded it. please fix the app
Unable to upload bills. Initially it was working well. But lately all bill scans are showing as incomplete and It's not possible to take a picture of the bill as it's very lengthy.
All the time I scan the barcode, I get an error saying "the scan was incomplete". I can't redeem any bill. Worst experience !!
What a pitty, the scanner never worked.
Lousy app. Very difficult to submit the bills. 1. Like all other hypermarket if I give my mobile number at the billing counter, the reward point should get credited to my account for Lulu direct stores. Eg. Hypermarket, connect, sparkys, fashion store, celebrate etc. 2. Scanning the barcode is virtually impossible. May the quality of the printing of the bill, the quality of camera of the phone etc. Find an appropriate solution for this. If phone number is not possible, then issue a membership
I have been purchasing from Lulu since first day of operations, I have purchased worth many lacs so far. Yet incentives are very less compared to many others. What ever it may be points can be converted to purchases, that way we save a lot of money. In Lulu the points cannot be redeemed in Hypermarket but by coupons to purchase from other shops which are useless and waste of money.
Whenever I try to open this app it shows to update, and when I try to update and open it remains for days to complete the updation.
Overall look and user interface looks amazing now. I am an active user for almost 2 years now. The changes are excellent.
I have been using the app since Lulu introduced it. I changed my phone number and i put in a mail to change it on the app about three years back. I am yet to get a reply from the Lulu people. Hence i have starter a new one but because it is not so user friendly i am not sure whether i will be continuing to use it. I have not uploaded for a long time now. Offers are not available for popular outlets.
It is very pathetic that you are not keeping copy of an invoice issued just three months ago. I was following up with your customer service desk at lulu connect for more than 3 times now. It was very urgent for claiming my warranty. Unfortunately I lost my invoice got at the time of purchase. Very disappointed with your customer services
Barcode scan for loyality program is the worst feature
Lulu group bar code is easy to upload. Other bills need time taking efforts to upload. In some cases the shop keepers them selves find it difficult to read particulars. Bills must be made clear and uploadable. If something could be done, it will be of great help to senior citizens.
The new Lulu mall is just awesome. I really liked the new interface and look. Everything is very accessible and easy. This is without doubt the best shopping mall app I have ever used!
This app is very useful for their customers, it will remind you about the offers available, it will help the loyality members to know about their points. My suggestion is to issue free parking card for the customers those who purchase for a good amount a month.
This app is my walkthrough in Lulu.i use it when i am in Lulu to search for the shop floors and to check the different offers in Lulu...And a huge thanks to the work force behind in maintaining this app. At times when i have some technical difficulty in uploading the bills for loyalty points they always comes to my help. Good job people 👏🏻
Bad experience. I am not able to upload bills for points. It is of no use. I came to know this issue persists on Xiomi phones. Patgetic! Lets see someone can take responsibility to fix it, i'm ready to improve rating.
Unabl to submit the bill and redeem my rewards, I don't understand why such a reputed business group is not fixing this issue... Worst experience facing since early 2022

App was not working previously i was not able to register and no OTP is received, Then found out all these was because of DND issue, now sorted out with the help of developer... thanks a lot.
Can you please make the barcode scanning work? 9 out of 10 times there is an error while scanning barcode of bill. It keeps telling "scanning was incomplete"
its a worth useful app...morover i got attracted in loyalty points and the offers...loyalty program is really useful for customers who purchase regularly..expecting vouchers will be available for low points in future..
Had an issue regarding store closure and voucher redemption. Neither did they respond to app query nor to my emails. Poor customer service. Deleting the app....
Good app with good offers for regular customers. I don't understand why Lulu web store purchases are not considered in this app. I am a regular customer of Lulu webstore, it would be great if I can redeem points for those purchases.
The latest configured application is too satisfactory. Really helpful in terms of using while compared to the previous one. Lulu has done a fantabulous effort in building this new one.
Very good app and loyalty program. Its good that I am getting points for every purchase I make, irrespective of any shop.
There's some issue .. after showing the login screen, within seconds it automatically gets redirected to the home page.. so there is no way to log in..
Tried many times but not getting verification code to log in. Got a call from customer care, they gave me an OTP to log in. Hope they solve the OTP issue soon. Meanwhile, a well designed app to use.
