This app used to be really good, but it's getting worse these days.. All my transactions seem to be failing (cash pick up and bank transfer) and the reason stated is due to "technical difficulties". I end up having to go to the branch physically to solve the issue. It's almost impossible to chat with someone through the app.. I've been on the chat for almost 20 minutes and the person has only said one line so far..!! I used to recommend this app to friends, but no more..
Every bad experience on this app. I was done my singup and go to the franchise to activate my account he said your account activate but i am still on there 🙃 app not working. Then upgraded the app and again app ask me login details at the end reply your number no match in system. What hell is this 😳
First I was very happy to use this app. Now after updating the app every time it's showing you updated your account details and the process of login is start like we are using first time this app and every time seeking the OTP for login.
I have reported more than a month ago that the App can not be updated. Being advised to clear cash and data, Uninstall and reinstall and still no fix.
The app is easy to use. It is very helpful for those who need to send money or their remittances to their families especially during urgent situations. It is convenient.
TicketId: #UDAQ-44131 Very bad experience and I'm removing now because I'm facing an issue that stopping any useful use of the app and I contacted the customer service and shared the error screen shoot with them with no progress for 1 month and when I follow up with an email from now and then they promptly and fakely reply that they are sorry for the inconveniences and that they are working on this ticket on high priority which is not correct. Thanks lulu for the bad experience.
Now days pay@branch not working, kindly fix asap. It is the most convenient mode of transfer even we can send money without our presence, pls fix asap
App doesn't update when you send money. Before, i received notifications when my receiver got the money but now i don't received any. And still in transaction history it's still says " available for pickup " when it's already been received. 😑
The app works well but there is no short cut to see the latest exchange rate like in the old version. The payment didnt went throough 2/3 times. Though the issue was resolved promptly, there shouldnt be any delay in payment coz its all about time which is very precious for overseas workers like me...
This used to be a good app , so I transferred money 2 days back, its still not processed, even no one is attending the call in customer care number provided there is no response in the instant Chat. Even after visiting one of their branch, they don't have details, they want us to go to the Head office.. Very poor customer support. I wanted the many urgently, so I transferred, but I didn't receive it yet.
even though service is good but you'll don't give competitive rates. your name and fame of lulu group is best so please maintain and give good rates. Thanks Sayed
All are good for me but I have one question to LuLu exchange,why they don't send electronic invoice through email if money has sent through app. We can see electronic invoice only in app.
Excellent work i gave 5 star it is helpful all the time and secure for any transaction very easy to use this app.
Before i can easily send money with pay to branch option but now this option is not showing.. Please resolve this issue..
Bad service.. always getting delayed to credited the cash without proper reasons...better avoid this application

always having limit to transact sometimes ridiculous limit of 6000 like today, they should accept bigger limit if they can't send at a time they have to split remittance

Why have they made this app when it is not going to be fully functional??? We can't find our bank names in the app and when asked they asked to update the app. Now from where shall I bring this update?? Useless and time waste. Debit card also they need Mastercard and what about customers who are holding Visa cards?? Better to switch to other exchanges.
Incompetent Developer, asking for the Kuwait civil ID verification and when you will redirect to choice from which country the documents was issued Kuwait is not even on the list! What a great work guys! Disappointing!
Urgent improvement required. Unable to use Debit card for transfer. Unable to Change payment method during transfer. Customer service don't reply soon. Thanks
UNRELIABLE money transfer system. 3 out of 4 transfers failed and all of them ended up with the bank rejecting because Lulumoney can't get the proper methods to complete the transfer even when i was at their counter and they ensured everything was done correctly. Out of the 4 transfers the successful one went though when it was done over the counter which had a conversion rate that was higher than what was in the app. It seems like they don't want the customer to transfer at the lower rate.
The app was very good and working fine but suddenly after 3 months use it started giving errors. Now for the past 2-3 weeks it is not working. I have visited the branch several times but they say everything ok from their side. And the support staff on the app keeps saying we are working on it and it will be fine in a day or 2 but it's been 3 weeks now. Not happy at all.

This app was good during the initial days, the money transfer too was seamless and quick through the app, but the performance has deteriorated over a period of time. After the last upgrade, the 'amount to be sent' gets edited automatically and a different amount pops up. In some cases, the verification check goes on for days without any proactive call from Lulu Exchange and the customer has to follow up to clear the decks.
