Worst ever service. Items ordered are cancelling while pick up/delivery. Also wrong item delivered and no response at all while raise the complaint. Very disappointed and not at all recommended. Better to stop your online service until you're well prepared for it. Watch and learn from other good performers in market (Carrefour, Noon groceries etc?), especially on the service quality.
Very bad experience. For the first time I wanted to order grocery through the App. It helped me add my 18 items easily. Finally when i looked the items in my shopping cart, to my surprise it was clean and empty. Again tried installing the App in another mobile..sorry but the OTP will never come..i just hope this App is Lulu's original and not from a third party
The app doesn't have much varieties as the store, but the customer service is very good! Very responsive. Unlike other apps. The vegetables are usually fresh though the seasonal fruits aren't sometimes.
I bought a cottage cheese from their Festival Plaza branch. When I opened it at home, I saw it is molded even though exp date is not passed. I sent a chat message to them via the application. They refused to take responsibility and they said I should contact to the branch I bought. Interesting, they place theirself as a separate company. I can change or return online products to the shops (or vice versa) with Carrefour. Very bad customer experience.
If there is a less than 1 star i would give to you, The app is very very slow, every time asking me to visit the website because the demande is tio high, when i select something to check, it taks like minutes ir more to see the description. Need to fix this issues to make it easy to consult. Thank you
Delivery for groceries is great service! But dont bother with getting anything else as returns are such a hassle. Better off getting nongrocery items from other sources.
I ordered but remaining 18 materials never received, I complained but they changed the status has been delivered without received items. worst. I lost money, time, effort, and trust to this market.
Very slow and payment always fails but money deducting from credit card. Very carefull when making the payment.such big organization and dosnt have good mobile app.
Scam App If you change delivery from Home delivery to store pick up, most of the products disappear even if they were inside your cart! That's why no one uses it, trash!
Worst Delivery Service Experience, Don't expect to be delivered at your selected Time Slot. It will change itself according to their Time Slot and availability. Ordered again and thought their services were improved. But it's still the same and like always my delivery got delayed by 2 hours.
THE MOST NEGATIVE ASPECT OF LULU APP IS THE PAYMENT LOYAL AND NEW CUSTOMERS HAVE TO DO FOR "DELIVERY", AND MORE THAN THAT IF ELECTRONICS, CLOTHS ETC… ARE ORDERED THEN ITS SEPERATE DELIVERY CHARGES WHICH IS VERY UNFAIR... ESPECIALLY EVEN NEW BUSINESSES AND SIMILAR COMPETELING HYPERMARKETS CAN PROVIDE FREE DELIVERY TO THEIR CUSTOMERS.
Needs a lot of work.Always asking if you want to save your payment details but never keep it . Navigation is very poor .
Waste of space. Can't even enter the app, it stays on the logo then enters a landing page saying "due to high demand, please visit our website"... Even at 3AM local time there's high demand apparently. Only if zero or half a star was a valid option
This app does not deserve even single 🌟 Most of the items you can't add to cart so what's the purpose of displaying advertisement for Online Exclusive products.
Every time one item will be out of stock on the time of delivery, and they will put a round mark on the item, thus we payed for that and simply by sayng the reason of out of stock they will steal our hard earned money, it was happening before also i just noticed and responded now, just imagine how much money they have looted from customers
After long time waiting, keep calling more than five times to customer service care and sending emails, i received my order fifteen days late and one of items arrived with scratches and not the same i have ordered!!!!! I don't advise anyone to buy online and by this app.
Don't buy from webstore , nobody responded customer service contact number. Even chat features is also useless. They don't have any status for your online order delivery.
I ordered same thing repeatedly you cancelled in both the orders saying out of stock, but the stock is still available, while delivering you cancel the items saying no stock. But when I check again in your app it is still avaible, its like you are lying to your customers.
Am ordering through this App since last Nov. I never faced any issue. But when we are searching for a product, few are not at all showing in the list.
Its really painfull after adding all the items to cart, spending so much time in searching and adding ..payment will be a big problem some or other issues crop up..literally too horrible. I think you guys should learn from Talabat team in desiging the app or how to overcome these issues... Its a waste of time
On checkout page it shows that we can pay through wallet and it shows two supported wallet payit and payby. While I choose payit it will show an error " Generic Error". While I choose payby it is asking to download the app though I already have that app.
I have used your mobile app for first time today. I reached entering my card details and entry of OTP. Then the app suddenly showed that I am blocked and asked to use website due to high demand. I received sms from my bank that the amount was deducted from my account. When i logged in via website, my order was still not paid and I am asked to proceed to payment AGAIN. Is this app legit or a scam?
Didn't expect such a horrible experience from The Lulu brand. Always the app is saying due to high demand visit website. The quality of products is good as usual though. The app is the main problem. Kindly solve it please
Worst app, worst customer service, I download the app, and bought product, and paid, and recieved bill, and then the app is not working, site has the order but no information, customer service phone not answered, if the product didn't come I'll raise the case to Ministry of Commerce
Horrible, Yesterday, I placed an online order ,with an option of self pickup today from the shop, with a time slot between 3 and 5. I reached Dajeej lulu at 7, they are blank. Nothing packed. Stayed almost an hour in the reception for the things to be get it done. My purpose of saving time is in vain. Added to that, 2 things are not available. I have asked them ,how is it possible for you to charge the price ,when it is not available. No clear answers 😕 .
