Decent app, the only issue i have is that they dont have the "Wish List" or "Closet" so I can see my collection. Other than that its a good app
Super annoyed with new update. No way to keep your favorites. Kind of makes it useless 🙄
CAN NOT GET THE APP TO GET PAST COUNTRY. JUST KEEPS SHOWING THE LOADING SIGN AND DOES NOTHING.
A bit disappointing. Three cons: (1) There's no way to keep a "favorite" list like the Apple version. (2) There's a big delay in price updates and availability compared to the website. (3) Pictured of products in your order history disappears, so you can't refer back to see if something is similar in color/style to what you've purchased. Pros: (1) Easy navigation, good design. (2) You can check to see if a product is in stock anywhere in the country if the product is available in the app.
The App is user friendly, and easy to navigate in order to drill down what you're shopping for. However, the inventory on the App often times shows product and or sizes that are out of stock, but they are NOT out of stock when double checking the website. This isn't an isolated incident. It's been like this for several months on multiple items that I've been wanting to purchase. Partial descriptions on the App warrants a 2nd look too. Save yourself the hassle, and shop via the website! 😊
Very clean app with a good layout. Only thing that bothers me is you can never tell the price of something without adding it to the cart. If multiple colours of something go onsale they will often have $39-79 just as an example. Selecting the different styles changes the price of the items shown pretty well at random inbetween that price point and you can't tell how much it actually is until you add it to the cart. Multiple friends have this issue as well. Pretty sad for a company of this size.
Had a Lulu app which worked great but decided to update after months of getting the message that there was a new app available. Uninstalled the app I had before installing the new "improved"?? one. It downloaded and installed with no problem but 3 months later, and many attempts, I can't open it . Have reinstalled several times, same thing. Have contacted app support, no reply. And worst of all, the previous one I had which worked fine, doesn't seem to be available.Not impressed to say the least
It's made impossible to cancel an order: They do not provide you any way to cancel your order other than contacting their team. The wait to talk to someone is long and surpasses their "hour" cancellation timeframe. By the time someone chats with you, they can't do anything to help. The number to text support starts tolls free, and then redirects you to a new US number. If you are not in the states and out of country text is not part of your billing, you will be charged for the conversation.
Please give this app an Adaptive Icon. Looks silly without one. :)
Extremely slow, the browser version layout is much better when it comes to looking at what's sold out.
Trying to make a purchase but the lulu wheel has been spinning for 1 hour. No update available, not sure whats happening.
I like the app better than the website, but lately it bugs a lot. I open it and the welcome page is blank... Also, the filters need to be fixed, they are often not showing. And bring back the wishlist ! I loved that function from before.
I have had a lot of trouble shopping on this app. I put things in my cart, attempt to place an order, and then the logo pops up as if it's loading and never places the order. This has happened multiple times, even after closing the app, updating it, and restarting my phone.
Like the app itself. Doesnt always load properly and eats up so much of my data. Even in the background ..? Almost 4gb this month and did the same thing a few months ago with 2gb? I even have the background data turned off for this and it still happens... kind of annoying cuz I have no gbs when I need it. I buy lots from lulu so its starting to get annoying, please fix your app! Otherwise love everything else
I downloaded the app because I wanted to be able to "Get notified when new gear drops or comes back in stock" (as the Lululemon website states I could only w/ the app) and keep up with my wish list. I cannot do either with the app in its current state. There is no way to see my Wishlist let alone get notified of restocks. It also won't show me the picture icon for the items that I recently purchased either. The app is just too bare bones and I honestly find it more appealing to shop the website.
Might actually be the worst shopping app. It crashes more times than it works and also does not allow you to use Sweat Collective discount. The app also has very different colours/sizes than the website...it would be nice if they matched so that when the app crashes we can still order the items we've selected.
The app isn't working properly. Most of the links like leggings, shirts, bras, etc don't work when you click on them. Says there is no products in this search. Is this going to be fixed?? I really prefer the app over the website most of the time. Just way easier to scroll through options.
literally the worst shopping app ever. ill try and be technical. half the time it doesnt load on multiple wifi or data networks. it says all my items are out of stock then i go on the website and they are in stock. it doesnt search for anything. i just searched crossbody and it said there were no results. it only works like 1/10 times to checkout.

For some reason, the mobile app has multiple categories of clothing that have no items and a "no items" dialogue appears. But it's categories like "pants"?! It's been empty for months and I don't know how someone wouldn't notice that and fix it.
The app crashes all the time, I ended up uninstalling it. Please fix it and make the favorites section easier to assess and navigate. I often come to the store to try on something I seen on line and it's hard to show the sales associate
Been using this app for years with no issues. After the latest update I am no longer able to open the app. The error message "the db is not open" pops up everytime I open the app. Please fix this issue so I can continue using and ordering from the app! **Update April 16th app still reading error message and not working at all. Please fix!!
Absolutely wasted my time!! 4 times (or more) I loaded my cart with items to not be able to process my order or for the sale price to disappear and full price was back, or the items were suddenly no longer available... payments never processed, couldn't use my CC# or my PayPal!!! So frustrating!!
The prices are not reflected in cart properly and keep changing. I could change the color back and forth and watch it say that color was $39, then $59, then $39 again while showing up as $98 in the cart. Lost a sale today. 🤷♀️
takes a few tries everytime to load my account profile. what one app shows may be different than what someone else's shows. for ex., the description of the cire pants was completely different on my app vs on someone else's and on the website. all updates were installed as well.
"Sorry this category currently has no products" IN ALMOST EVERY CATEGORY. It used to work.. Now, if i even select "Hoodies and Sweatshirts" which ALWAYS has items, it will load a blank page saying there are none. Super frustrating, i have to use my online browser which isnt as easy to use as the app. Ill edit to 5 stars once this is fixed.
website is easier to use for shopping needs. can add multiple filters on the website to narrow down searching and make it more efficient to shop. plus the app tends to break. currently i cant shop in the mens section because its not even sjpwing up. like the clothing, quality of this app has really plummeted.
App is fine. But it's annoying that you can't favorite items or visit your favorites collection from the app. It kinda defeats the purpose when I have to log into my browser to favorite items for later. Would love to see an update addressing this.
