Won't stay logged in. The app makes you enter your email and password in every time you use it, even if that's multiple times a day. I understand logging in to make a purchase, but to access my wishlist? Come on. Makes me not want to use it at all.
I have been shopping at LuLus for about 6½ years now and I am rarely disappointed. This app is user friendly, never glitches and makes it easy to do what I hate most- shop for pants. Update: The app kinda blows now. It glitches and freezes all of the time. Makes shopping there now a pain
I don't normally leave reviews but I think they updated this app recently and it is almost unusablely slow. Insanely difficult just to add things to your cart and checkout, can hardly shop here anymore, just use the website.
With the latest update the app is better but still slow. Sometimes when I click to look at a different color it goes to the item instead of changing to the selected color.
Update: The latest update has made this app even worse than before. When I click on an item to view it, nothing shows up. And I have to re-enter my log in info every time I exit the app and go back in. This app sucks. 0 stars. Filters don't work properly. It still shows items I've tried to filter out. App doesn't always open. When I "love" an item, it loves every color of that item. Web version works so much better.
I love shopping here but I am having a lot of issue with the app. When I tap on the heart to save an item it tells me "sorry, an error occured, try again later". When I click add to wish list it says "sorry, some data is still loading". When I try to add something to my cart it says "sorry, some data is still loading". I have tried deleting and redownloading the app and logging in and out and the errors won't go away. They are making it so I cannot even purchase things I like. Please help!

Unfortunately the app crashes or doesn't load quite often. Also there are certain colorways for items that are not available on the mobile app that I can see and select on the traditional webpage. Lastly the app is missing filters to help you search beyond "dress;" you cannot search by a dress length or sleeve length easily.
It's broken. I'm trying to checkout and it closes the app, or it says I do not have items in my cart despite showing an item icon in the cart.
love the clothes, i like how the app allows you to like just one color of a garment, not usually an option with other sights. Will not allow me to ❤anything and has no record of the loved items i have previously saved. i have tried to reload, uninstall/reinstall, etc... to no avail. this keeps me from your sight. please fix. thank you.
Hate the update on the app. I have to constantly sign in and it takes forever to load or view anything.

The latest update is horrible and makes the app is unusable. Constantly signs me out, empties my cart, won't led me add to favorites or add to cart. The website experience isn't the best, so I prefer the app, but now I can't even make purchases. Like I'm trying to give y'all my money but you're making it impossible 🙄
Love the clothes but the app gets a low rating because the payment option never works for me. I could order through the PC but then I would miss out on the app's free shipping. The app also doesn't accept PayPal. Just ended up shopping somewhere else.
The app is completely unusable. It doesnt keep me logged in. My cart items keep disappearing. Everything in the shop is blank squares. It freezes on the loading screen.
Mostly great and the site has a lot of good quality clothes. However, definitely check the item ratings. There are some items that are lower quality and have weird sizing mixed in.
App is well done. Could use more filters to narrow down for an easier shopping experience (ie length of dress) but it was well designed and easy to use!
The app is terrible but I love this store. You only see a blank screen when you click on your cart so you just use their website instead.

Awful Glitchy App. Barely any search functionality, couldn't connect to the servers, bad checkout process. Never again. Not even worth the discount the app offered.
2 stars for the app. Can't login to my account. I have no problems using the website. Update 9/11/20: to log in, uninstall and install it again. Upgrading it to 4 stars.
Warning: it is easy to spend a LOT of money here! So many pretty things! The app is easy to use, and there are frequent deals and coupon codes. Easy and fun. And dangerous... 😉
The recent update has made the app unusable. You cannot view items once you tap on them nor add anything to your cart.
I love their service however the reason I didn't give them a 5 star is because I asked them if they accept cash app and they didnt know. But yes they do and I promise you will love shopping with them they are pleasant, and the company has payment options for you to help with your shopping as well. SALES FOR DAYS AND A WHEEL YOU CAN SPIN FOR EVEN MORE SAVINGS. LOVE LULUS
This app used to work smoothly and well until the update. Now everything lags, and I can't even place an order through the app.
This app has been working fine for me since I downloaded months ago but today the app kept deleting items from my cart that were not out of stock. I shopped on the browser and it worked, then opened the app and most items in my cart got deleted again 😖
You get free shipping with the app which is REALLY nice. You also get to save favorites for buying or revisiting later <3 their sunglasses. Best selection and great prices

The app never seems to be working. Every time you click on wishlist it asks you to log in again and again. Sometimes it's not even possible to add clothes to your cart. It's so bad I usually just use the website on my phone. I'm going to delete the app right after this comment.
