It's a shame that I used this wallet for a bit of Shiba. No way to transfer to another wallet unless you buy Eth. You can't pay the fees from the transaction like any other platform. What's worse is you cannot convert an amount of a coin to eth to cover the cost as they have an absurd minimum of coins to convert.
Easy to use UI simple straight forward app does what it says in the most part. Lost a start because each time I go to buy it takes ages to go to the next stage. But overall pretty decent app especially for those who are not that experienced at this kind of thing.👍
Only just started using it but clean and easy to navigate. **Update** I've been using Lumi wallet for a bit longer now and have been very impressed by the app and by the team behind it. When I had a problem they responded incredibly quickly and were able to solve it rapidly and kept me up to date as they did.
Lumi really needs to add litecoin. I was really surprised to see that there is no litcoin wallet in the app. I would say that litecoin Is a major crypto currency and that every wallet should have it.
Can't send eth20 tokens for reasonable fees and can't transfer AMP TO ETH OR ANY OTHER CYRRENCY. LOST $120 Don't fall into their trap, just use LTC or eth. You can't even pay the gas fees with the crypto you are trying to send (AMP) I would have to deposit more USD in eth then I had in the wallet to begin with to get my money out. Just a black hole for any eth20 token.

Any users who use this wallet will surely satisfy with what it offers. Personally, I love that it is so advanced, it has a dapp-browser on many different blockchain to do many things including playing games, exchanging on the DEXs, or buying/selling digital goods.
Attempting to send BTC, get error "Something event wrong :(" I keep trying and keep getting this error. When I open the app, I get the error message "Loading failed Try again" If this does not get fixed I will lose a lot of money. Please fix this. Whether intentional or not, your app is holding my money hostage.

It seems easy enough to use, but if you don't have etherium in the wallet, you can't do anything. You can't swap without ether. You can't even swap for ether without having ether to pay the fees. So essentially you can put coins into the wallet, and then can't do anything with them without paying enormous transfer fees to get some ether in the wallet to pay fees. I understand the fees are necessary, but how about taking them out of the transaction somehow? A percentage of the transaction?
To buy $100 USD (their minimum) of Doge you only get $87 USD worth. $13 fee for a $100 transaction? And they use Simplex if you want to buy with a debit card. Simplex are a group of jackasses. When you enter your birthdate, Instead of just typing it, they make you tap through every month all the way back to your birthday (idiocy). Then they ask for your billing address associated with your debit card but will not accept PO Boxes??? Even though that is the billing address! FAIL!
Really my own fault; this was an uninformed choice. I thought I would be able to buy and sell crypto with this app. However that is not the case. You can trade with other wallets, and exchange for other crypto, but you cannot sell for dollars, euros or any other fiat currency. If that's not a problem for you this app is OK. Fees seem a bit high as well, but otherwise this is a 3 star app. If you need to cash out, then it's useless.
The best thing is that you can add a lot of coins, ideal as a multilartera, I have not seen another like it. I recommend it 100% to have all your coins in your wallet and not in the market wallets.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I have up loaded a sum of money to allow me to feel safer while making transactions online with those that I dont know, however this app is absolutely useless since I am unable to withdraw funds that I currently have within the app to my bank app. This makes the money completely inaccessible which is appalling. Completely put off.
I do not see any better than Lumi Blockchain Wallet: it contains a lot of electronic money, easy-to-use interface, safe and secure. Your team very good, great help enthusiastic when the user has difficulty. I would like to thank you very much!!
Been having problems lately. For over a week the exchange screen won't respond to changing any of the currency types so I can't trade.... And now it says no connection even when on WiFi so it won't do anything..... come on lumi u have a good variety of crypto currencies just maintain your app and make sure its working
Great service. Customer service is kinda fast. The only problem is u can't do anything as far as send anything without having ether. That's the only down fall. Wish I would have known. I probably would not have used this app just for that reason.
I lost my password, tried every password I remembered, wasn't even asked the 12 characters word, wrote an email to Helpdesk, they never replied.... They don't help the user and that's really sad... After all we are the ones that make the app successful. If it was a wonderful app with 0 downloads they wouldn't earn a penny
To say the least, this is one of the best crypto wallet you can find for storing your Eth and ERC20 tokens in the Play Store. But that is not all! The support for this app is absolutely amazing!!! Emails that I sent I literally received a response within minutes! You can’t get any better than that! Thank you development team for making this app, you guys roccccccks ?
I found the other wallet options, and HECK there's a lot! The search function is VERY helpful! You can exchange one cryptocurrency with another, which is ideal.
$150 was deposited in the wallet address the app provided. I never seen that money. Ov been talking back and forth with customer service for 2 week and they just keep leading me on by asking me for more info everytime with no help. So I tried to transfer the remaining funds out of the wallet a week ago. That also disappeared. Obviously something going on here.
This is pretty cool. I couldn't find any other open-source multicurrency wallet and finally I found this by searching with the right keywords. Thank god there's an actual open-source wallet that also supports Dogecoin so I can use it for the funnies. Also has a dApp browser for ETH and EOS. It features an exchange and also fiat ramp that even supports my currency (Indian Rupees), which is a pretty rare thing to see. I wish this had lightning-network support too. Then this would be perfect.
Lumi is a Scam wallet. They have stolen peoples money and went off air now for more than a 6 weeks. It's about that all these wallets springing up here and there should be regulated also like the Exchanges. Most of the wallets are developed unanimously which is bad like the case of Lumi wallet that has now disappeared with our money by getting of air. Google should please shut this wallet down to prevent people falling to the Scammers called Lumi Wallet. Secondly they are a reapoff with fees.
Why do I have to keep adding certain wallets that hold coin? I thought I lost my uniswap because it didn't just show up after I sent it to the wallet. I had to manually add the wallet then it added the value to my total wallet. Then I go back on the app and both my Ren coin and my uniswap coin both disappeared and I had to add them again to see how much value I have.
Fees are ridiculously high dont use this app. Edit: Yes the blockchain determines the underlying fees but your app i has those fees 3 times higher than other wallets. It would be great if this could be looked at
Policy problem message when I tried to buy btc. No expanation or email as to why and how to resolve.
Biggest complaint so far is lack of landscape mode. Like many apps, the fact that many users access apps via a tablet is ignored. As a tablet user (often using the tablet with a keyboard, much like a small laptop) I find it very, very irritating when the screen is forced into portrait mode. I literally have to tilt my head to the side to read the screen. Not a great UX. Please reconsider this design decision, as it really lets your app down and compels me to keep interaction to a minimum.
