LumiKids Beach is the second app in the new early childhood product line, LumiKids by Lumosity. The LumiKids series is not intended to be brain training for kids, but instead is a digital playspace for kids to explore concepts through intuitive & adaptive activities. Our team has partnered with academic researchers to learn more about the impact of these digital activities for children but have not yet completed any studies. Our product will continue to evolve as the team learns from the outcomes of these studies. Our products are shaped not only by the input of experts, but also by the input of lots of kids themselves!
KIDS PLAY, PARENTS LEARN:
• Intuitive for young learners to use by themselves, putting kids in control with no text or voice-over instructions
• Adapts to each child’s ability level, keeping kids challenged and engaged with no feelings of failure
• As a parent, gain insight into your child's LumiKids play and receive tips on how to continue practicing these skills with your child
INTUITIVE & ADAPTIVE PLAY:
• SHARING & MAKING FRIENDS AT THE BEACH: Return beach gear you find to the character it belongs to, interacting with others based on emotional response and visual matching along the way.
• COLORING UNDERWATER SEA LIFE: Bring an underwater scene to life using fine-motor coordination and planning to color increasingly complex scenes of fish and water creatures.
• BUILDING MAJESTIC SANDCASTLES: Help crabs build a variety of sandcastles using response inhibition to collect sand buckets but avoid water balloons.
• MATCHING SINGING BEACH TURTLES: Use auditory processing and memory to experiment with and identify relative differences in pitch made by singing turtles.

We can not even start playing. The game is requiring an account to be made. After every attempt to make one, we always get a network error message, even though we are connected to a strong signal. Ive tried through two different lumikids apps (beach & park) with no luck.
Love your apps so far but the color-in fish part of the Beach app does not work. I am not the first to notice this either. You guys should fix it. Was unpleasantly surprised to see find this problem in an app that looks and runs as well as yours does, especially since my son really enjoyed playing your other app and the sandcastle. Will not remain a subscriber if no fix.
We have LumiKids Park which my son loves, so I was excited to try this one. However, after multiple attempts and reinstalling, I have yet to be able to use the game. I can't sign in and keep getting a message that there's a network error, when I know there is no problem with my connection. Disappointing.
Great app for the kids but I took a star off for the lack of supporting more than three kids accounts. I have four children who like to play this on our education tablet.
We love all Lumikids apps, they're the best! Thank you for not doing numbers and letters, which are irrelevant for toddlers. These apps allow toddlers to discover things within the app, and they love exploring and discovering. My lil one is delighted by all Lumikids apps. Please keep coming up with more apps!
3 weeks since downloaded and still says network connection error. Same with 2 other lumikids apps. Very disappointing that its not yet resolved. Many similar comments by others too
Fish coloring game still not fixed after multiple reports of it being defective, it frustrates my kids
Cant use it, Keeps saying network error. Gutted, we loved this game, now its useless .
As noted by other users, the fish coloring game doesn't work and hasn't yet been fixed. Other than that, the games are fun and my 18-month-old really enjoys them!
Nephew loves Lumikids Park so much that I downloaded this and Lumikids Back Yard to only find them unplayable due to the Network Error. Sad, really, as he was so excited about the other games
I like building the sand castle, but can't figure out how to get to the other three activities. Please help! Never mind, hubs figured it out, updated rating!
When I color the fish nothing happens and it never advances to the next level. But other than that love the other games!

My nieces all the games and it keeps getting challenging as they go on, so it keeps them going. Can't wait for the next new game to come out.
These LumiKids apps are the best. Great design, no ads, nice music. Just all around great. (Watch out for knockoffs using the lumikids name though.)
